“Look people. Fast food places rarely get props. We all know it sucks to work there. It's not hard but some people make it hard. This Burger King was the exception. They were courteous. They were professional. When I got to the window there wasn't a bunch of people standing around playing on their phones. They were quick, efficient and engaging. When I got my food it was perfect. I mean it was hot. I unwrapped it and it was how I ordered it and it looked like a damn menu piece. You know what I mean. You see the sandwich on the menu and it looks pretty good. You get it and it's a travesty. This food looked better than the menu. And it's been a long time since I ate a fast food burger and audibly exclaimed, "damn, that's good!"So good job crew. You made it enjoyable!“
“Went there for lunch today with a co worker. As I walked up the GM had greeted me and asked how we were. The sub was delicious, but what really stood out to me was how well she was cleaning her store. I watched her take the time and wipe down the doors and many surfaces of the restaurant, this is a small task and it really tells you something when the person at the top of the chain isnt afraid to do the small things. I believe in leading by example and with her in charge I have no doubt the stuff "behind the counter" is as clean and safe as the front. Wish I could remember her name. Will be back again next week and hope to thank her.“
“Caleb at the counter was very quick and polite. He was knowledgeable about the prices, and informed me it was cheaper to purchase a meal (including a drink that I didn’t want) rather than 2 burritos and a hash brown separately. The food was prepared quickly, about the same amount of time it took me to fill my drink at the machine. It was hot and fresh.Later on I even saw Caleb approaching customers at the self-serve kiosk and offer to assist them quicker than they could use the self-serve kiosk, and approach customers in the lobby to take their food to them (not a single second wasted standing around.The lobby is clean, and drink island is stocked.Overall I’m highly impressed with this restaurant, despite being a McDonalds“
“This is the best quick service restaurant in New Castle! My wife and I chose Culver’s for a quick dinner tonight and we were thoroughly impressed. Food was great, service was exceptional and the whole dine in experience was a pleasure. The pretzel bites are a must!“
“I really like this place. Their mango habanero sauce is amazing.I struggle with the price. It seems like, for 2 people, the price is always high. After saying that though, we still like this place and still spend the money for the food.I have Celiac Disease so, I always get a bowl. The staff always change their gloves and help keep things as safe as the can.We’ll be back.“
“I really like Pizza Hut pizza, and their bread sticks. They are thick, and filling. The pizza is pretty good, especially the super supreme with black olives! Unfortunately, the price was too high and the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were not cut apart; I had to rip each piece off the other one, but it does give me some exercise lol! ?“
“I had great service today and hot food at around 2pm,a woman in glasses who worked here for years who forgot my order was apologizing and super nice,I was sweet about it and said your fine don't beat yourself up and when I left with my food in my bag she also said do you want me to bag that for you and I informed not to in a nice way.“

“Food tasted ok. Unfortunately an employee decided to take his hat off and shake his long hair next to the food right before he made out sandwiches. Really disappointing & nasty. Most Subways they wear hair nets if your har is really long. Not at this Subway.“
