“I really like the iced coffee.“

“So I ordered on the app to have my girlfriend pick it up on the way home. I ordered two subs when the order came through Malachi saw that the only thing on the sandwich was grilled chicken and he knew something was wrong. Waited for my girlfriend to get there and talk to me on the phone to get my order. This is what I call great customer service Malachi went above and beyond to make sure that my money did not go to waste. A lot of people would not have cared and would have just given me what was ordered. That man needs a raise.“

“I work here and I don’t think we give a f*** how long you wait for tf we the ones making y’all food tf go across to McDonald’s then tf“

“Every time we come to Indiana, White castle is always a must!!“

“We went here after my daughter's wedding. We are from California and had never been to a Culvers. They have the best rootbeer and the fish sandwiches were good also. I wish I could run a pipe to CA to get their rootbeer!!!! Or maybe they could open a restaurant here!“

“Great shawarma, friendly staff, clean environment and timely service. Before coming in, I thought to myself, “I wish there were more places to get Mediterranean food in Muncie.” Now, I think “no, this is the place.”“

“The fries were good and the people were energetic and friendly. I’d recommend Five Guys in Muncie Indiana! Here are a few photos I took there. @meganpontiusphotography“

“I was driving through this area and was hungry and I stopped into this Culver’s. It was great. I waited for just a couple of minutes and then some young lady stepped up to the cash register smiled and asked me if she could help me. She listened to tentatively and very professional. I was impressed by all of the employees and their activities. They were working very hard everyone which was impressive I ordered a mushroom and Swiss single and a cup of water six bucks. I got my water and sit down and within just a couple of minutes they brought my sandwich over to me for carryout. It was very quick. The gal that brought me my sandwich also smiled was polite and thanked me for coming in.

I was gonna take a photo of the sandwich because it was awesome, but I already ate it !!

Another good restaurant experience with Culver’s

Good job people And thanks for the great food“

“The service is fast and great, the food refreshes and delights, and they have the friendliest staff.“

“Love eating here. Great way to get healthy food without cooking or being particularly picky. They've got so many options. Makes it easy for me to figure out quickly the healthy stuff. And they're located in a gas station so they have whatever drinks you want and you don't have to stick to the Coke zero And choose between caffeine and zero sugar.“

“Nice job tonight, Muncie! I'm so impressed by how well you kept things going. Your effort did not go unnoticed! Hang in there!“

“Went in the store to have 3 sandwiches made, 2 were buffalo chicken ranch sandwiches and a club supreme. The guys were super busy but made sure all attention was on us. The 2 Buffalo sandwiches were wrong when we got home which was upsetting so I ordered 2 more through DoorDash and took the other 2 wrong ones to work for lunch due to a picky eater. When my DoorDash arrived I had a note apologizing with a complimentary brownie, the ability to remember names and orders even though hundreds go through a day is amazing. THANK YOU TO THE MUNCIE JERSEY MILES CREW FOR BEING BETTER AND SETTING THE STANDARD.“

“Everybody knows the drive threw is really slow!!! Also when was it issued to start handing my blizzard to me 15 minutes before my food?? Other than that food is hot and delicious!!!!

Parking: They are 70 percent open 90 percent of the time!!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp! The end!!“

“Stopped here for breakfast with my wife. The workers were a bit loud chatting back and forth but not obnoxious. My only complaint is that they were out of cinnamon raisin biscuits and that was what my wife wanted. The pancakes and fries bologna biscuit was good. But I can't get enough of the hash rounds. They are yummy.“

“Everything was great! Except the part where we didn't get our mozzarella stix...
So my boyfriend went inside to get them, and dude was sooo defensive demanding we pay, because we "didn't order any." Okay dude.. we definitely asked for them. But we will gladly pay if we didn't already?? Chill tf out 🥴😅“

“employees go above and beyond to make sure your food is served fresh and as always... the food is delicious. The staff is awesome and always very friendly.“

“Driving from Hartford City to this at 1am as a 3rd shifter. Always fresh and the line to wait on well worth it for the best McD's within 2 hours of home. All flagship burgers/food have always been put together as expected and taste fresh. The line happens only 1 or 2 employee's working hope they are being paid well because they are doing everything right coming out the drive thru window. I will update if I ever get disappointed but so far 4 visits and still impressed! -BK“

“Go inside to get what you want!
Been a customer here for many years now...
But, the current drive through crew can't seem to follow instructions, and I just had my third experience in a row with this, even after mentioning previous issues.
So, I highly recommend going inside, and watching them prepare your order.
For what eating at Subway costs anymore, there's no excuse for not getting what you're playing for.“

“My husband and I came in this morning to grab lunch before starting our day. It was extremely busy, with multiple large online orders and a full line of customers. The staff at Muncie's Qdoba did amazing. We were tended to appropriately, received delicious hot food, and watched the team work to get the orders out in a reasonable time. If your order is slowed down, please keep in mind these are real people doing their best. I was in awe of how well the staff kept it together with rude customers and big orders. I hope the rest of their day is smooth as can be.“

“It was my very first time at Chick-fil-A yesterday so I thought I’d try them out because I heard that they have good chicken sandwiches on their commercial that I’m always seeing on my fire stick. It is true the chicken sandwiches are good there I had the spicy chicken combo with fries and a lemonade I would recommend them great first experience.“

“any of them except for South Madison Street in Muncie Indiana“

“You could give people what they ordered and paid for. I got a delivery through ubereats. My apple turnover was missing. Fries were hard as rocks. My brisket sandwich was mostly fat, literal fat( see pic, yes thats supposed to be brisket). Milkshake was completely melted. And fast food workers want $15 an hour 🤦‍♂️“

“Called and told them inwas going to order off of Doordarshan and ask I could get my oder all dark meat since they don't have the option on Doordarshan. They told me that was no problem at all and they did make sure I got what I asked for“

“Ok, so on the 14th I ordered a pizza and it had spicy sauce instead of sweet sauce and I have Crohn's so I can't have spicy food. The GM, Jeremy, completely replaced the pizza free of charge including delivery. That's an A++ in my book!“

“The one in Muncie we visited was very fast . The food was actually hot !!!“

“Small town Taco Bell. My kid came in from riding a bike and asked for a free cheese roll-up but was told they weren't free. But about 5 minutes later two kids came in and asked for water cups and the person gave them free popsicles. Overall, it was as expected. Ordered off the kiosk and waited for our food and then left.“

“The staff was very helpful & took care of my fiancé, my daughter, son in law, my grandbabies & myself“

“The food was actually fresh, that’s why I respect the night crew, they’re always the best. Drive through guy chill and straight to the point. Drive through girl/order taker was efficient and guys my food was actually fresh. I’ve been eating out for the last 18 years lol“

“Went there because I had wanted it for a while, and the Hotdogs were actually pretty good, I enjoyed eating it, and the Fries were also good, the root bear was very good, I enjoyed eating here and will agian. I had received the food pretty fast to.“

“When the delivery drive does exactly what is on driver instructions "Knock twice, jump three times and then turn in a circle" you can only give 5 stars!! Thank you!!“

“I’m Ngl this was the best subway experience I have ever had. The girl was working by herself because another girl called in. She made the best cookies I’ve ever had seriously. She made my sandwich so good. There was a line because everybody came at the same time and she got everyone in n out efficiently and she had everything together. Definitely management material. I was impressed. Give her a raise. And not a bad idea to put a tip jar out. No but seriously I had a great experience. She was great. Food was delicious.“

“My fiancée and I just ate in at Wendy's , Noah, the young man working the counter was polite and informative on the current deals Wendy's is offering . That was the best customer service we've had in a LONG time at a fast food place! We hope you have a great day!“

“Amazing staff! Greeted me when I walked in and were very lively and entertaining. It was like dinner and a show. Employees were on top of tidying the dining room and good at concerts. Speed could be better but the quality of the food was worth it.“

“I have always loved steak and shake...the burgers are always good and my favorite restaurant chili resides here. They added cane sugar coke and cane sugar dr pepper which is a big bonus in my opinion. The milkshakes are of course delicious as well and a nice bonus after the meal. If you like old school steakburgers and the shoestring fries and great chili and milkshakes then you must stop here and get them! Great friendly and hard working staff as well so give them a tip!“

“The food quality is superior to any other burger fast food franchise in Muncie. The food is absolutely worth it. The ingredients are like home cooked quality.not thrown together like McDonald's. Just one Big Buford and I'm already feeling full. The seasoned fries 😋🍟 absolutely delicious! I'd pay more just for the better food quality. The food is very filling and your full before you know it! I couldn't even finish the Big Buford and that's from an empty stomach. You can bite into a hamburger that tastes like it was made by a gourmet chef.“

“When I walked in and through up to the counter, place was clean. As I approached the counter, a young gentleman named Corey was prompt to acknowledge me and immediately got prepared and started my order(2 footlongs and a bowl for the family) and followed instructions immaculately, then went above and beyond to bag it all with nice handful of napkins, silverware, and croutons for the bowl. Even stacked the bowl neatly and all ingredients looked and tasted amazing. Wife enjoyed the thin cut on the green pepper and cucumber which was easy for her to eat without her teeth. Corey was very polite.“

“I just wanna say this Taco Bell has saved me so much this summer because I had throat surgery and neck surgery, which my throat’s been swollen so the slushy have been helping me a lot and thank you for Taco Bell for having the slushy’s available to me 👊👊👊🤗“

“I went Jan 29th around 7pm to pick up my online order. Only 2 young ladies were working, and they were swamped with online orders and in person. They were phenomenal. They did look overwhelmed, but I just want them to know they were doing a great job. It was also one of the best subs I've had from any Subway in a long time.“

“We order from here all the time. My little one would live off Pizza Hut if I would allow. This is a pretty good location. Most the staff are nice and the food is decent. I had a small issue recently. (First one ever after years) the manager was really nice and fixed the problem and made it right plus some. It’s the only Pizza Hut in town that we’ll buy from.“

“Panda Express has probably had the best service at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s every time too, they have amazingly great food and drinks and they always have it in stock and they get you right when it’s your turn and don’t rush you plus when I go I never have to wait for a table I always just find a table right away to sit at.“
