I ordered two subs when the order came through Malachi saw that the only thing on the sandwich was grilled chicken and he knew something was wrong. Waited for my girlfriend to get there and talk to me on the phone to get my order. This is what I call great customer service Malachi went above and beyond to make sure that my money did not go to waste. A lot of people would not have cared and would have just given me what was ordered. That man needs a raise.“

“Great shawarma, friendly staff, clean environment and timely service. Before coming in, I thought to myself, “I wish there were more places to get Mediterranean food in Muncie.” Now, I think “no, this is the place.”“

“I was driving through this area and was hungry and I stopped into this Culver’s. It was great. I waited for just a couple of minutes and then some young lady stepped up to the cash register smiled and asked me if she could help me. She listened to tentatively and very professional. I was impressed by all of the employees and their activities. They were working very hard everyone which was impressive I ordered a mushroom and Swiss single and a cup of water six bucks. I got my water and sit down and within just a couple of minutes they brought my sandwich over to me for carryout. It was very quick. The gal that brought me my sandwich also smiled was polite and thanked me for coming in.

The flavors and the way they prepare the sandwiches are so spot on, it’s almost scary how close it is to what I remember! “You could give people what they ordered and paid for. I got a delivery through ubereats. My apple turnover was missing. Fries were hard as rocks. My brisket sandwich was mostly fat, literal fat( see pic, yes thats supposed to be brisket). Milkshake was completely melted. And fast food workers want $15 an hour 🤦‍♂️“

“Driving from Hartford City to this at 1am as a 3rd shifter. Always fresh and the line to wait on well worth it for the best McD's within 2 hours of home. All flagship burgers/food have always been put together as expected and taste fresh. The line happens only 1 or 2 employee's working hope they are being paid well because they are doing everything right coming out the drive thru window. “When I first stopped I had plans on grabbing and taking it to-go! But this employee made me feel so welcomed that I decided to sit in and eat. I didn’t get his name, but he was very patient and polite! I had no idea what I wanted! Luckily he recommended the tuna sandwich! Never tried tuna like that but I’m glad I did! Delicious! First time stopping at Subway in Daleville, IN for lunch, but it definitely won’t be the last!“

It was delicious and my daughter’s 16 year old Maltese enjoyed the chicken! Awesome experience to see such great young people doing many good things to make this world a better place!
