“on 7/3/24 at 9:50 pm I had a bad experience at Penn Station and I was turned away before I could even get to the store because staff didn't want to work their shift and I was met outside before I could get to the sidewalk out front. I arrived at Chick-fil-A at 9:59, no resistance from staff, just a bunch of hard working smiling faces that were all welcoming and friendly. I had my food at 10:00 pm. My food was fresh and tasted great. I was treated politely and was grateful that I chose here after the rudeness at Penn Station. Chick-fil-A made my night and didn't make me go home hungry and they made me forget about the bad experience down the road. This helped close my night out on a positive note vs what I was given at Penn Station. So if I were rating this off of just the hospitality, especially right at closing I think they deserve a 10 star on the 5 star scale!“

“The food: Okay. But everything else?? Let's be honest here. Everything else was amazing. Our order taker named David took care of any requests we had about the food or extras. David had to have been the greatest server in the world, most definitely ask for him if you go in store. Would most definitely come again!!“

“Went there because I had wanted it for a while, and the Hotdogs were actually pretty good, I enjoyed eating it, and the Fries were also good, the root bear was very good, I enjoyed eating here and will agian. I had received the food pretty fast to.“

“Because who doesn't love ice cream. Besides the very very slow quickness that the window people seem to have the ice cream was well worth the wait. Although I'm still not sure why it took 15 minutes to get a couple ice creams when there was nobody else“

“Arby's has a lot of wonderful food it's hard to pick From all the sandwiches!I Love the Roast beef Sandwich they call it a Deluxe comes with Mayo, Tomato and Lettuce....It's My Favorite!!! I would definitely order one of those if it was me but also the Beef and Cheddar's are really good too!

Parking: There is plenty of outdoor parking. They have a lot and they also have street parking.

When I was pregnant and had all three of my boys with me waiting for chu ken nuggets and fries(kids order) the owner brought my order out to my car so I wouldn't have to get out and leave the kids or get rained on pregnant and walking slow lol“

“We had started getting great service.
Then the guy at the drive messed up our order. We went back thru the drive.
The guy messed it up again tried arguing with us with what we ordered.
He said we would have to go back thru the drive thru again because we were holding up his drive thru.
I told my Daughter not to pull away from the window.
After 7 minutes I believe it was the manager that opened the window and asked what the problem was.
He promptly fixed our order and we were on our way.
I'm going to give 4 stars because of how they have improved.
Hopefully it's just a off night for the guy working the dive thru.

“Expensive but was really good besides not getting very much chicken with the chicken bites. They kind of rip you off with those. But fries are absolutely amazing! Service was really slow and they forgot my dipping sauce so I had to eat everything plain on the way home but other than that good.“

“Went through drive thur window. The girl came over the speaker to apologize for the computer crashing and it would be a minute or two . She came back to let me know it was taking a little longer than expected, please be patient. She again came on the speaker to let me know they were still working on it and we could just have a conversation while I waited, discussed the nice warm day, how todays business is really affected by computers crashing and bringing business to a halt. She again apologized for the delay BUT it was up and working, took my order and thanked me for eating. Due to my past business position as a manager it was very refreshing to see a young person take enough interest in her position, job and company to do what she could to keep a customer and make a sale. I could have easily left and gone to a competitor if she had not taken the extra steps and effort to keep me informed, updated and get my order. ARBY’s is lucky to have such an employee.“

“I was very disapointed while the food was good the prices were outrageous. $17 for a hambuger for me and chicken nuggets fries and frosty for Grandaughter.I know you have to make a profit but food doesnt cost that much. “I went to LJS on 04/25/24 through the drive thru. The woman at the window was very courteous and helpful. My food was served promptly and hit and fresh. Best food I've had from a restaurant in awhile. The service was great. Highly recommend“

“Ordered a delivery order before (a few times actually) and it's always been a bad experience, items missing, sauces not in the bag etc. I called to make sure when I placed my order that everything would be correct and nothing would be forgotten and I talked to a young gentleman named Raul! He is the nicest employee I have encountered at this location in the many of times I have ate here rather it be to go, eat in or delivery. Raul was very helpful, knowledgeable and his customer service was OUTSTANDING!! Keep this man around because he's doing PANDA EXPRESS amazing things. Great Job!“
