“The place was not clean and the workers were not interested in doing anything about it. The meal now is one side instead of two and a Pepsi is now 2.99. Took forever to get the food and I stood at the counter waiting and the two employees standing behind the counter never even turned around. They don't wait on you any more because they have a Kiosk. No wonder the one on Tillotson closed. May as well close the one on South Madison. Our last trip to this place.“

“Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by a smile and a warm welcome to KfC. Historically, I’ve had good service here but this was a pleasant surprise. I was advised of the Tuesday special by Sam, a delightful person to help me with my order. Sam broke down the advantages of purchasing the Tuesday special versus a family meal without me asking what she would recommend (maybe she could see it in my face).
I ordered off of her recommendation after seeing the difference in pricing and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, along with my coworkers that I was picking up food for.
Sam was incredibly kind and sincere in her willingness to assist me and make additional recommendations to feed my team. Her co-workers were also all smiley and happy to be where they were today.
Good service is hard to find because too many folks just do the bare minimum to get by. This is not the case at KFC today. Kudos to a great team for making our food delicious, quickly, and with the kindest of smiles around.“
