Just left. Waited at front counter to place my order over 10 minutes. Finally, an employ came to me and said they are busy and he was on break. Said he could take my order in around 10 minutes when he got off his break. Unreal what has happened to customer service! Lots of places to get chicken in Muncie.
The chicken today was as good as I have ever had at Muncie KFC. Absolutely delicious. The only problem I had was this. I ordered a 16 piece and instead of using two buckets they jammed it all down into one little bucket so tight that I had to unravel each piece to get them out. Which tore the chicken all apart. Not exactly desirable but still very delicious.

The guy running register was super patient with an older lady in front of me and showed awesome customer service dealing with her. The manager literally just said yeah I can’t help you and walked away really rudely. Kudos to the awesome cashier who showed way more patience than even I had!! The manager sucked though!
