“Had no idea about this place, I mean, I knew it was there, just didn't know it was a restaurant. The atmosphere was awesome! Lots of old 50s and 60s memorabilia to look at, just lots of fun inside and out! The food was nothing to brag about, it was good, a little overpriced, but you got a good amount for what you paid for. Burgers could have used more seasoning, the staff were great! Overall, I would recommend trying it, but not sure if I would make it a frequent stop, more of an occasional thing.”

“Great place, great options. Price isn't bad but it's easy to go overboard filling the cup with ice cream and toppings... Which may make it cost more than you expected. Place is always clean and staff has always been friendly with me and my family.”

“My fries were hard that even my little ones wouldnt eat em, my 7 yr old took one bite of her hotdog and spit it out gagging I tried a bite of it and it was like eating rubber. Definitely way over priced for the quality of the food. Went back today 6/1/23 and the owner replaced the food with other items and today it was all great!!! The food was fresh. My kids got corn dogs and waffle fries and I got the bbq sandwich and waffle fries. Everything was fresh and delicious.”

“We were there today and the woman making ice cream was super professional. For six dollars we got a nice size dish of ice cream. Not just any ice cream but rolled ice cream with all fresh ingredients. We will certainly be back and it is worth the drive! So delicious!”

“They have a cute art wall now and asked if I wanted to put some art up there and I did. Their bubble tea is always tastey. But if you get the large now they make it with real milk. I am lactose intolerant. So I am only able to get the small ones. T.T That's the only thing. I wish they had different milk substitutes if they were going to do that. I like it a lot.Parking: There is a lot of student only parking around the store and no specific parking for it as far as I know. There is parking for the stores around it. So I usually park in one of those and also go to that store while going to hoku poke. Otherwise you have to find street parking that isn't studently only. Some of the lots are student only too. It can be hard to find parking especially accessible parking. I still had to walk a good distance and usually from a lot filled with pot holes. I wish there was a better solution to that.”

“Went to get my Fiancé a frozen cake and have “I love you babygirl” on top. The only one I could find was a small one & wasn’t sure if it could be done. The younger lady that was working took immediate ownership of the situation and advised me she could get it done and even added some added toppings to make it that much more special. It’s this level of customer service that’s missing in the world”

“I absolutely love this place. The service is fast, the employees are polite and personable, the food is great. I've asked them to give me more whip cream to my milkshakes like how it's supposed to look in the photos, and it's never a problem. The banana in my milkshakes are always blended in smoothly and I don't have any issues just leisurely drinking my milkshake. The combination of ample places to sit inside, some places to sit outside, being right next to the ymca and nearby Ruler Foods and Walmart is just perfect. PLUS their bathrooms are perfect. They go above and beyond with the bathrooms.I didn't even realize how much I loved this place until I was forced to move away, and all the Dairy Queens in the new area are sub par. I just have come to get used to how great this place is, and expected it to be the norm. I was saddened when the one nearby the mall closed, and I hope this place stays open so I can still come eat here when I visit!Kid-friendliness: Being able to eat outside really helped this place be friendly with my kids. Also with how clean and nice smelling the bathrooms were!”

“Because who doesn't love ice cream. Besides the very very slow quickness that the window people seem to have the ice cream was well worth the wait. Although I'm still not sure why it took 15 minutes to get a couple ice creams when there was nobody else”

“Service, food were good, atmosphere was messy but it was close to the end of the day so I still gave a 4 star rating. Bathrooms were in need of attention and maybe start trying to check them more in between rushes and the drink and condiments section of the restaurant were almost completely out of ketchup and cups for ketchup and some light spot cleaning and stocking in between the dinner rush if they have enough staff. My personal opinion is that the employees were plentiful and we ordered immediately without a line, and I have to be honest and if time would be managed for more productivity in the forefront this Culver's would be one of the top chains for this particular franchise.”
