“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. I hardly ever leave reviews, but my family is so impressed by homemade that I have now left TWO. Everyone should give this place a chance. (Oh and the French Dip deserves a special mention!)“

“We had a truly wonderful experience here - because of Sydney. She was the only person working when.we came in around 630 pm tonight, and she handled the pressure of a steady line of 10+ customers with patience and professionalism. As she served a group of people, more would come in behind them. She never exhibited any frustration, and I was truly impressed. Sydney made waiting in line worth it. “I went here to order donuts for my birthday and they are easily my new favorite donuts! They had such a variety of toppings! My top two were maple bacon and lemon icing with raspberry glaze! The staff was also super speedy and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean as well! Some of the reviews on here baffled me, but I got to speak with the new Manager, Dayton, and he has been improving a lot of things in that store from the looks of things! Whatever he's doing is working!“

“Maybe I'm just not a fan of fast food anymore, but I felt very neutral towards my burger I ordered. I felt bloated for the rest of the day after eating it. It tasted fine, but it wasn't worth it. This goes for most Culver's locations, though. The fries were OK. They lacked taste, but they were dense.

The service, on the other hand, was delightful. The workers were very competent, efficient, and friendly. It was a decent line when we arrived, but they processed it with relative ease.

The atmosphere felt both rushed and relaxed at once. It felt nice to sit down and eat. The energy of the place was pleasing. I don't give it 5 stars, though, as it was difficult to enjoy your time eating when there's always some poor employee having to jump back and forth between everything just to make sure they aren't in trouble.

Overall, I did like it. I can't say I'd choose to go again, but it was fine.“

“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“

“Love the chicken strip basket with gravy! You have to dunk the chicken strips and the fries in the gravy. ALL of the ice cream is great also but it's really hard for ice cream to not be great.

Parking: Parking lot is small but Needlers parking lot is huge and basically connected to DQ.

Kid-friendliness: They have a normal kids menu. Hamburger, hot dog and chicken fingers along with a few other kid friendly items.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair myself and I am able to get around the parking lot. They do have handicap parking and wheelchair ramps. Inside is a little cramped but I am still able to wheel around. The bathroom is also tight but it is usable.“
