“Considering what this is, please view the 4 rating as very strong. A 4 means good, and that is exactly what this place was. We were renting on Morse a few blocks away and wanted some basic sandwiches to bring back to the house. They have enough variety to satisfy all of our interests. Walked up and placed the order. Trouble is, about 20 high school age kids came up right after, all ordering just ice cream. It was obvious that this overwhelmed the staff as they scrambled to fill the orders. I think getting ice cream out somehow got ahead of getting the meals out, so my order took a while. Still, if on the lake or in the area, this beats fast food and is supporting a small local business.“

“Best place in town to get a blizzard hands down The ice cream is always amazing here Love their ice cream cakes for birthdays and special occasions. The restaurants are a little dated but that is to be expected. No one comes here for the atmosphere they come here for the ice cream. The chicken strip basket is pretty good not a big fan of the rest of the food but definitely would highly recommend the blizzards“

“I absolutely love Crumbl cookie so much so that we are having them catered for our wedding! I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. We ended up working very closely with one of the bakers - so incredible nice - she deserves a promotion in my opinion!“

“The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. I hardly ever leave reviews, but my family is so impressed by homemade that I have now left TWO. Everyone should give this place a chance. (Oh and the French Dip deserves a special mention!)“

“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“

I grew up with the one in Fortville and saw it go out of business from really bad customer service and cleanliness. Who ever gives this less than 4 stars is on Crack and doesn't know how good they have it. I ordered online in the store because they were busy and received everything within 5 minutes. I used to run 2 Five Guys locations this food was definitely fresh, hot, and Amazing!!!!

“there is always some issue trying to get my order if I do pickup. doesn't make a difference if I choose curbisde or carry out lol. it ends up taking 3x longer every single time. but they're always eager to help figure it out and very friendly. and the ice cream never disappoints.“

“Above and beyond service! Today I had a minor medical emergency in the drive thru that resulted in me pulling out of line after ordering and walking up to the drive thru window. The kind staff immediately helped me then brought my food to my car and checked on me until I was well enough to drive on, about a half hour later. I was scared, and the group of young adults who helped me were calm and attentive and made all the difference for me today. Plus, the food was good! I will always support this restaurant from now on!“

“Food was five stars. I was unfamiliar with Sonics new game but the coney tasted better than I remembered and the smash burger was legit. Place was clean and service was friendly, they need to bring back skates though.

I took a star off because I went back for breakfast and there was only one person working there. She was swamped and seemed like a dig in for the long haul adventure, so we left. Stuff happens and it's not her fault, probably not even restaurants, probably a couple teenagers who don't know better yet. We all gotta grow and learn. But still sucked cause I wanted to try the burrito, so it's a my feelings can be valid too deduction.“
