“High recommendations by a friend to try ice cream at Alexander’s on the water and it was good. The views, outdoor seating, family friendly atmosphere and huge portions are a plus at Alexanders on the Water. We were a group of 7 adults, 4 kids and 2 pups so our order took about 30 minutes give or take with wait time ordering and picking up the ice cream. We didn’t mind cause we were enjoying our Saturday evening and wrapped up with a walk on the bridge. I would say service is excellent and ice cream is good. Do try it for a nice change of area and pace.”

“Best place in town to get a blizzard hands down The ice cream is always amazing here Love their ice cream cakes for birthdays and special occasions. The restaurants are a little dated but that is to be expected. No one comes here for the atmosphere they come here for the ice cream. The chicken strip basket is pretty good not a big fan of the rest of the food but definitely would highly recommend the blizzards”

“Kid-friendliness: Awesome! My 7 year old loves to place her own order and they were patient with her. They truly enjoyed talking with her. After we paid for our food, the manager gave her a cookie "for being a good friend." As we left the store, my daughter looked up at me and smiled saying, "Yes. Friend complete!" (She says this every time she has a honestly good encounter with a new acquaintance.)”

“This is the best McDonald's that I have had in years. It was 8:30 pm and the food was fresh and hot. Employees were so helpful and customer oriented! Kudos to the entire group working last night!!!”

“I live in Texas but saw a CBS interview of this lovely place with the owner. First of all I wish I lived closer because my mouth was watering the entire time, but most importantly you could tell the owner, Chef Samir, is absolutely in love with what he does and how he does it. When a chef puts as much love into his food as he does, you already know its going to be amazing. This restaurant has made it to my bucket list. I hope to meet Chef Samir some day!”

“Was looking forward to eating here. The atmosphere was great, but the food was ok. For the price, I expected the food to be amazing. I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese. There was hardly any meat in it and the Mac and cheese was meh. I feel it is very over priced for the quantity. Probably won't return.”

“Had lunch with a friend! We both had the Kao Soy and spring rolls! Large portions that we both shamelessly ate every last bite of! Excellent service - constant refills and check ins! So friendly and chatty! Definitely worth the two hour round trip drive!”
