I have tried the Rita’s location in McCordsville 3 times now. The first 2 times their custard was ready at 1:30 in the afternoon and today they weren’t even open at after 1pm.
I contacted this location today to inquire about purchasing three gallons of a particular product for an office party, only to be informed that they only offer quarts.
Disappointed, I then reached out to the Fishers location, but I received the same response—no gallons available.
Finally, I decided to call the Carmel store, where I spoke with a very pleasant employee who turned out to be the owner.
