11 Best Fast Food Restaurants in New Castle

“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.“

“Was going on a walk and was lucky to be right next to here before the storm hit. Place was empty minis one guy and the two employees who were very kind and helpful. The food was good but I am a bit worried about all the blood stains I saw when using the men's restroom.“

“My husband just came home from there food was great but most of all service was excellent. He met a sweet lady named Ulma working the register she didn't act like she hated her job like most and was just a nicest person. Thank you Ulma you are a gem and made my hubby smile bc of your kindness.“

“Can I sign up on the app?“

“I come here maybe 3 times a week and get the same sandwich. I had an issue one time where I did not get the extra meat that I paid for. I called and spoke with Mark and he said to just bring receipt in to refund me the extra meat. A few days later I drove in and he took care of my refund for it. My sub is alwsys fresh and thats why I come back every week. Yes the kiosk is closed some evenings, but if youre short staffed you gotta do what ya can. Can't work store and drive thru alone. I love subway. And they also take my coupons, that arent expired!“

“THE TACO SALAD, The MEXICAN PIZZA“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“the food is really good, and the people that work there are very nice“

“They are super nice and I have been down on my luck lately and they gave me a free pizza on my birthday. I was shocked when I heard a knock at the door because I had almost no money.“

“One of the few fast food restaurants you can still have good late night experience. The food was good and the staff kind. Special shoutout to the blonde young man working the register inside. Wendy’s is good but this location did not exceptionally!“

“BUFFET IS AWSOME . LOVE TO EAT THERE“
