25 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Richmond

“My daughter picked up an order for us the other night. They forgot her gluten free sandwich. Which I understand because it was late and normally they are ON IT. But I did call to let them know, and since we don’t live close enough to go back, they took my info and the manager called me. She was so nice and are sending a coupon to replace it. It’s just nice to know that they really do care, unlike other establishments!“

“Hot Head Burritos- Richmond, Indiana catered our Teacher Appreciation lunch and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing results. Shawn and his staff were fantastic from start to finish. And the delicious food was a huge hit with our teachers and staff. Thanks again! Sincerely, NES PTO“

“We are so excited to have Chick-fil-a here!!! Best service, nuggets and lemonade ever!“

“I was with my client this afternoon for lunch and we had the most wonderful experience at this Arby's thanks to Tami! As an assistant manager she went above and beyond showing not only kindness but compassion as well. Thank you for being a true leader Tami!!!“

“I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly.“

“Had to try Dairy Queen while I was in the US, even though it was definitely cold enough to question that decision.

This one was more of a walk-up window setup, which I haven’t really seen before, especially for an ice cream place, so that was a fun little novelty in itself.

I ordered an ice cream brownie dessert (can’t remember the exact name), and it was so good. Rich, indulgent, and exactly what I was hoping for. Ordering was quick and easy too.“

“Everytime I travel back to my Home town of Richmond Indiana I have to stop by the DQ on South 9th, this past August was no exception. I was battling a terrible Sinus Infection but still have to grab a Wimpy at the DQ. It was still delicious as usual, I wish I could have eaten more than one, but the Sinus Infection was playing havic on my appetite.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“The food was great (and that's what's really important)! The staff was friendly, but not remarkably so. The atmosphere at Chipotle is mostly consistent no matter which restaurant I've been in. When rating atmosphere, I feel like I'm mostly rating cleanliness at a fast food place. Overall, the restaurant looked pretty good, some attention needed to be paid at the drink station, which was looking kind of rough.“

“We don't have Lee's where I live, and I love to get it when I come to town. I put in a large order on the app, and it was one of the smoothest experiences I've had with ordering and pickup. Everything was ready, everything was accurate, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious as usual.“

“I drove a car to go through the drive thu. 🙏. I ordered a box!😮‍💨😮‍💨 My food reminded me of a movie, this being the movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid rules, which is about a older brother who instills harsh rules on his younger brother, to desparic consequences. Parallels and contrasts: the taco bell corporation of course imposes rules onto its franchises, these not so much being rules and instead a default way of life, the ingredients and dishes must be made the way that the corporation intends. When i ate my burrito, burrito, i tasted a longing for something greater. Perhaps the construction of my burrito wanted to be somethjng different and new😖. But, sub or consciously, was rejected. Maybe a singular geain of salt was added to my burrito that made me feel this way. 😋. I loved my food...“

“We just had the best pizza we’ve had in years delivered to us!! Everything was so fresh. It was amazing! Thanks guys, you will definitely be our go to place for pizza for now on!“

“The two young ladies were working tonight at the National Road location in Richmond, IN were fantastic!! They were pleasant, polite, appeared happy to be working and to enjoy their jobs. Made great food as well. Nowadays this is very rare and it was very nice to see. Thank you ladies!“

“Going to McDonald’s is like pot luck meals. You never know what your getting. Honestly I go just to see how bad they can mess up my order. Today was the first time I ever had to pull forward and wait for a drink. They handed me my fish and fries then told me to pull foward for my drink, so I did and waited. I ordered a peach slushy and got strawberry. They will mess your order up, but at lease they do it politely with a smile. See ya in a few days“

“I've been going there for a long long time won't go anywhere else they are so nice there and the food is amazing and always fresh and the customer service they give is a 💯 percent I drive 30 mins to get the best 😁thank u Lee's for fixing my family many dinners“

“I normally eat at the east side location, but I happened to be on the west side, so I decided to stop at the west side one. Their food and decor is just as good as any other Subway I have been to. I ordered a Turkey Cali 6 inch Sub, Baked Lays Barbecue Chips, and a Diet Coke. All of it was delicious. I have never had a complaint about any other Subway, and I don't have one about this location. While I was there, I did earn enough points to earn a $2 off reward for a future order. That was great!“

“Arby's has great food!!! I love their Service. Dillon at the Drive Thru Window is super sweet. He always wears a mask and is super sweet and Friendly.“

“I want to Thank A Manager there that paid for my food this morning. My bank account had been hacked and I didn’t know so my card was declined she paid my bill for me. Thank You Kailee!! God Bless you. ❤️“

“Thank you to Hamilton family McDonald's on Richmond Eastside. Went through the drive through around 8:30-9:00am on Monday 5-11-26. They kept both lanes moving. The lady who took my order was friendly and professional. Actually sounded and acted like she was happy to take my order. Most importantly, my order was correct and everything tasted fresh. Good way to start my Day. Good service still matters! Thanks again Andy“

“Love Jimmy John's and I'm so happy they are finally open. I ordered on line and picked it up. Easy and fast.“

“I came into this subway to get lunch and lord and behold , they fixed the foot long sub just to my liking. The ingredients were fresh, and the employee was sort of off in his working skills, but I overlooked it because I figured he needed a job since he was going to college next door. So, yes, go get some food and enjoy“

“I dined in and ordered the spicy chicken combo with mayo, pickles, and cheese, but was given a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo and ketchup instead. They corrected it, but that mix-up was pretty unappetizing. The restaurant was clean, though I was surprised it wasn’t busy at 12:30 p.m.—especially for a Monday lunchtime.“

“It takes a lot to be that kind to people first thing in the morning, and what a delicious breakfast honey butter chicken biscuit too! Thank you for starting my day with a smile 😊“

“I live towards West Alexandria and Eaton Ohio I prefer to drive out to this location in Richmond Indiana because the quality of food is much better in the services amazing they never mess up my order the location in Eaton Ohio the food never seems to be fresh they always short me on food inequality is not so great“
