“We went thru the drive thru for a late lunch...bread sticks are so awesome but would be so so yummy with cheese sauce ( hint hint ?) I could eat the bread sticks alone as my meal and be happy they are the best the little lunch box is pretty awesome too it's the perfect size the lady gave my dog a treat he wasnt left out couple of the girls came and looked out the window at him made a fuss over him made him feel good about his day “
“Hot Heads on Chester Blvd has the most helpful staff. I have been twice, and both times, I took kids that didn't know how to build their bowls. The staff was so nice and explained everything to them with patience eccentric though they were busy. Also, their tortilla chips are the BEST!!!Kid-friendliness: Great“
“This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens all over the USA. Always full portions, always clean inside, and always hard working people who are friendly and care a lot about taking pride in their work. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but lots of other chains could learn a lot about how to care for their customers. Been coming here since 2020.“
“Had a great experience, they had the sandwich to me before I was done paying! I got the Big Italian- Add mayo, pickles, and extra sauce! Also ask for it TBO! Makes it have less bread and more substance ? Customer service was incredible and have to say the kickin ranch is to DIE for!! ?Update: Still great food, compared to the $$ of other fast food places, the fresh taste is a steal. “I ordered a large veggie pizza with a thin and crispy crust.The staff were very nice and helpful. Service was fast, although I would not say it was the best pizza I've ever eaten it was good. My biggest complaint is that a veggie pizza actually requires that there are veggies on the pizza. Toppings were very scant. However, if you want a thin and crispy crust, Pizza Hut has got a very good crust.“
“I love coming across these little walk-up DQs that are still here and there. Coming here with my 9yo reminded me of the one in my hometown that was still a walk-up like this when I was around his age and got my first Blizzard when they came out. He loved the chocolate Oreo blizzard he ordered.“
“I occasionally go to the location in Richmond, IN, on East Main Street. The food is always hot and tasty, no problem there. There is always a line 3 cars deep or have several wrapped around the building. I decided to go in one afternoon to pick up a couple of side items because the drive-thru was 6 cars deep that day. Once inside, there were 3 people already in line and another 4 waiting for food, but I noticed their wait was short, and only 2 guests seated in the dining room. There was 1 counter register and a pickup window register in use. I saw 2 more employees, plus the manager, working dillentgy non-stop filling orders in back and at least 2 employees in the kitchen. Who were restocking. A total of only 7 employees. My point is that this store could do AMAZING as a larger restaurant with more employees if only it were renovated to accommodate their activity. They have no "down-time" so-to-speak. However, both locations are very outdated, which may be causing them to be behind all the time.I leave you with this question: Is this a "bad thing"? Society has become spoiled with fast food chains, the quickly drive-thru, and tasteless meals on the go. Hardly anyone sits down for a meal. It's not always convenient to wait in line when all you want is a couple of side items for dinner. However, it's a humble reminder that there are places that stay in business for a reason. Excellent food, friendly service. Strongly recommend giving them a visit.“
“wife and i ordered two 3 piece strip meals with sides as usual through the drive thru, only car there. quick to take order, quick at window, quick to get food, got home ended up with one 3 piece meal and one 2 piece meal. not that big of a deal considering the overall service and they r usually (especially at this location) spot on. biscuits, mashed taters n gravy green beans & the strips were good otherwise.“

“Everytime I travel back to my Home town of Richmond Indiana I have to stop by the DQ on South 9th, this past August was no exception. I was battling a terrible Sinus Infection but still have to grab a Wimpy at the DQ. It was still delicious as usual, I wish I could have eaten more than one, but the Sinus Infection was playing havic on my appetite.“

“The floats are awesome; the root beer is awesome. I swear it's better from here than the bottle. There was a family of geese in the drive thru and they were considerate that we knew they were there. It was quick and the prices are decent. Two of my friend liked the burgers one of my friends did not like his burger. Food was quick.“
“I had not been to a Culver's since I was a very young person in Wisconsin. So when I saw one on my way through the United States I stopped for a drive-thru hamburger. It is fast food, it is not the best quality hamburger plain, it tasted better when we get one with toppings because the food plain was salty. We returned the next day on our way back through & tried a different sandwich & this time got a sweet treat. Our totals for spring 2024 was between $17 to $20.00 for around two sandwiches, two sides. And we paid under $8 for a small custard on a cone and a small milkshake. Every single staff member we interacted with, both times we were there were delightful. A really great crew the two days we visited.“
