Thank you to Hamilton family McDonald's on Richmond Eastside. Went through the drive through around 8:30-9:00am on Monday 5-11-26. They kept both lanes moving. The lady who took my order was friendly and professional. Actually sounded and acted like she was happy to take my order. Most importantly, my order was correct and everything tasted fresh. Good way to start my Day. Good service still matters!
Thanks again

The McDonald's restaurant offers a wide range of menu options, including vegetarian choices and kid-friendly meals. The service can vary, with some customers reporting issues with order accuracy and staff attitude, while others have had positive experiences with friendly employees and correct orders. The food is generally fresh and hot, though the time it takes to correct any mistakes can be frustrating. This location is known for its delicious iced mochas, with the syrup being put at the bottom, which not all locations do. The staff is also apologetic and provides coupons if customers have to wait, a notable difference from other nearby locations. Overall, the restaurant provides a convenient dining option with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, making it a suitable choice for families and those with dietary restrictions.
