Roast beef sandwich was old and cold even though we wait 20min for our food. Guy at window was sweet but got some feedback from other workers that he wasn't working enough, but seemed to be the only one working. Won't choose this location again, but did want to give guy at window a thank you for his customer service.
20 minutes in drive thru. Cashier did not speak other than confirm order. No hello or thank you. Almost $13 for one piece of chicken and unflavored broccoli. No muffin. Not typical Arby's service or food. This location is downgraded.

12/24/23 -- This must be a hint. Last time I came here. The salads that we ordered were out of date and it showed it... This time, they were out of chicken, so I ordered a beef n cheddar with a baked potato. look at the picture . I guess this means no more ARBY'S. Lost a good customer. Bye Bye.They sold and replaced old salads.Check the dates before you leave.
