“We were in town visiting for a conference, and we found the restaurant online. We headed to the restaurant, but when we got there the owner explained that the restaurant had just closed for the evening. He gave us a few recommendations on other places to eat, and we started to search for an Uber. A few minutes later, the owner, Tysean, opened the door and offered to go back in the kitchen and cook something for us. We couldn’t pass that offer up. We waited for a few minutes, and he brought us out some of the best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time along with some, nicely seasoned potato wedges and hot buttery honey biscuits. Along with some honey mustard dipping sauce and sweet tea to wash it all down, we had an amazing meal. I’ll definitely be back, and you should visit if you are in Richmond.“

“Great chicken, great potato wedges, they have Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew which is great. Only bad thing is I went on a Friday night and the drive through line was so long and had people cutting in line.

Parking: Parking lot is huge, multiple stop signs that cause people to cut in line for the drive through when their busy.“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. “After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

“Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. How many slices of bacon do you want on it ?" Long story short I got my BLT Thanks to them for a great job ......“

“Ordered though door dash and whoever prepared the ordered forgot the 2nd lemonade, I made a call over there (13 mins from me) and the guy didn’t hesitate to drive a round trip of 26 mins to bring me the forgotten lemonade. I didn’t catch his name because he was in and out as he dropped off but they’re awesome.“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

“I had the country wrap at Kenn-Tico Wraps and it was absolutely delicious. The wrap was filled with tender slices of turkey breast, country ham, and chicken salad. All topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. But the best part was their new habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce that I added to the wrap. It was so tasty and spicy, it got me sweating. It was the perfect balance of flavor and heat. If you love spicy food, you have to try this hot sauce. Kenn-Tico Wraps is my favorite food cart in Richmond. They have fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a great variety of wraps to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch.“

“I stopped in for lunch today and it has to be the cleanest Captain D's I have ever visited. Desiree took my order and explained the menu options wonderfully. She then brought my meal to my table and remembered the sauces I requested. The food tasted great. I highly recommend the lobster bites, shrimp and the fish. I was concerned when they changed manager/operators, however the renovation and complete redesign of the drivethrough have improved both the anxiety of navigating the prior chicane drivethrough, and the inability sometimes to exit the north exit due to drivethrough high-traffic times, as well as the ability to navigate the parking lot on foot. Finally, the recent addition of the mobile order lane is a GAME CHANGER! No more waiting behind people who are attempting to order for 7, with specific modifications to half of the items, and paying with multiple payment methods! (We order for 4, so the app makes it EASY!) Now I zip in and there're rarely more than 2 cars ahead of us, and BAM! We have food before the people who'd ordered through a Chick-Fil-A employee minutes before we arrived. I thought Jonathan managed this place well. The new manager operator Blake is KILLING IT!“

“This is a very good local place to get burgers and barbecue.
It's mostly for drive-thru but they do have a walk-up window where you can order and then sit on the benches and eat as well.
They have a good selection of food. I ended up getting the double burger combo with everything on it. I also got the cheddar bites and jalapeno cheese fries for the sides.
The burger was a great size and was very flavorful. The cheddar bites for nice and crispy and the jalapeno fries were really good and had pieces of fresh jalapeno on them which made them spicy.“

However the manager called and explained that this was not normal operation for his Taco Bell and that he would like to keep my business. I appreciated this greatly sometimes that’s all it takes.
