As soon as I got in I noticed that there were several other people who seemed to be a little bit frustrated so I was guessing that the back was not doing a very good job of getting the food out quickly. That was not a concern of mine because I was in no particular hurry to do any particular thing. I probably waited about 10 minutes and got my food. Did not make a complaint or any statements because I did not find it to be egregious. The food was excellent as always

“We were in town visiting for a conference, and we found the restaurant online. We headed to the restaurant, but when we got there the owner explained that the restaurant had just closed for the evening. He gave us a few recommendations on other places to eat, and we started to search for an Uber. A few minutes later, the owner, Tysean, opened the door and offered to go back in the kitchen and cook something for us. We couldn’t pass that offer up. We waited for a few minutes, and he brought us out some of the best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time along with some, nicely seasoned potato wedges and hot buttery honey biscuits. Along with some honey mustard dipping sauce and sweet tea to wash it all down, we had an amazing meal. I’ll definitely be back, and you should visit if you are in Richmond.“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. “Yesterday, I downloaded the McDonald's app. I had just used it for the first time dining inside.I don't really eat at McDonald's cause of stomach issues. I ordered a fish meal and requested the fillet to be cooked twice. The team member was very eager to please my request. Later. That day , I picked up my son to join me on a return visit since he uses the app all the time. We were in the drive thru, He was using my McDonald's app to order, and he was using his. I was repeating the order to the drive-thru member as when my son was saying it to me. I had some rewards and was trying to use them. A few wrong items were selected. There was some confusion. The team member was so calm and polite , by that time, I was holding up the line, trying to correct my order . The team member kept a wholesome facial expressionThe manager came to assist and promptly fix the issue. Very professional demeanor. I apologize for the mix-up and hold-up.“

“Im not one to make reviews, but this location is one of the best. The bread is great and some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered at a restaurant. This is our 3rd year staying near by and using Subway for our Swimmer to fuel for his meets and I've always been impressed. The bun was less than half the size as your usual buns if you changed the bread you should let your customers know because we are paying the same price. The sub was very messy and no extra lettuce had some sweet pickles or something on it. The wrapping paper was wet and sockey sandwich wasn’t good at all for 10.00. I really enjoyed your sandwich’s from the beginning but afraid I won’t be back. Please train you people to fix the sandwich’s better was only two employees in the store. Very disappointed.

“My first time visiting OMG Pizza and I will definitely be back. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak, the pepperoni sausage calzone, chili cheese fries and NY cheesecake. Not a single crumb was spared. Absolutely delicious quality ingredients, impeccable fast, and courteous service. Truly a hidden gem in Southside. As some one who worked in the the hospitality industry for over 20 years I can admit I expect a lot. And OMG has definitely exceeded my expectations. I cannot remember the last time we enjoyed every food item we ordered from any restaurant as much as we did today. Looking forward to sampling their other menu items in the future. “I’m not gonna lie…. We found this place using google maps trying to find somewhere on the way back to my sisters. Not being from the area, it was quite the experience and a little scary. One minute we’re going by all these college buildings, and the next we’re turning down the street where the restaurant is having people knocking on our windows. We didn’t realize whatsoever this was sort of a downtown area.

Parking is very challenging, and honestly with everything going on around us, I gave up because I couldn’t figure out for the life of me which park pay app to use. We learned quick there is only take out as an option anyway.

Ordering was super easy and done on a computer touch screen. I got the chicken hibachi and added a shrimp side as they didn’t do combos of multiple options. The meal came with fried rice and noodles, veggies, and your protein. That totally went over my head not being familiar with what the meal looked like, but I really loved the noodles. The food was good, but overall had a lot of black pepper. There was also a lot of sauce on the food. Maybe teriyaki. We didn’t expect that. I would recommend that being stated somewhere. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and wouldn’t have been able to eat that with the amount of sugar in that sauce plus the carbs! You’re able to pick two sauces to go with your meal. The yum yum sauce is a pinkish color which really threw us off! We also got ginger.
