Not loving this layout as much as others... everything is crammed together at one end...food service, coffee and registers are tight, but tons of open space on floor elsewhere.
Coffee area is too small, only access milk or creamer from sides while only a few feet from ordering station.
Then add any kind of line a register and it's a cluster. Poor design!“

“I went over there Monday, the food was cold and people was yelling in the back. I understand it is night time but its not a reason to not be professional. The cashier (mikera) and a girl through the drive thru was really rude to me like its not their fault if the food was cold and my order was wrong. After waiting almost 30 min a girl helped me with my order and she was the only one with a good energy, she apologized almost 5 times and got my order did again. She was the the person yelling the name(katherine). Yall need to review yall team and get the teenagers to actually do what they supposed to do. The manager was not even here.“

“I had a surprisingly great experience at this Burger King. While the surrounding neighborhood and the exterior of the building look a bit run down, don’t let that discourage you from stopping in. The inside was clean, well-maintained, and much more inviting than I expected.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. My order was prepared quickly, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. It’s clear that the employees take pride in keeping the restaurant clean and making sure customers have a positive experience.

I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite it was lovely.“
