“It is always freezing cold if you sit next to the kids play area, but the restaurant is always clean. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Just be sure to bring a jacket, my kids know if they are headed to Chick-fil-A they need a jacket.“

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. I’ll come back.“

“We visit this location weekly, but today I felt I needed to write a review. We usually always have great service, and food, however today was the exception.
When we arrived, it was fairly busy, but we expect that each time we go. The food is great, and our community supports this location. We ordered our usual, 2- 3 finger combos, and a 4 piece box. Got it home and to our surprise, one of the drinks, the Sprite, wasn’t Sprite at all. Apparently it had run out, and nobody changed it. So we had a cup of what tastes like nasty alka seltzer. When we opened our food, the fries were cold, which was odd considering the amount of cars in the drive through. And the bread was only toasted on one side.
A complete let down today. Sacrificing quality bc of quantity of customers is not the best decision. Our community loves this location, and would hate to see it demise bc of short cuts…. Please Kane’s managers, teach consistent quality above all !!!“

“I got two carnivore pizzas. The first one was amazing. Taste was good. Toppings were good. The second came out a bit burnt which you could taste. The cashier and lady that took my order were really nice. All in all great experience and very clean.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “This is one of the best places to get chicken straps. If your not looking for chicken straps don't go as that is the only thing they have and there menu is very limited. It,s my favorite place for chicken strips and crinkle fries. It's a little pricey but for delicious fresh food it's on par in that category.“

But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I was in town for a doctor appointment. I grew up in Midlo and drive an hour and half to still see a few doctors I grew up with. After my appointment I stopped in Wawa for a rest stop and to get hot tea. I am never helped in any store anywhere, but the gentlemen behind the food counter could tell I was looking for something and helped (I was too tired to see the great big ‘restroom’ sign lol). While getting my hot tea there was another gentleman getting hot coffee and accidentally spilled it on his hand and a lady was immediately attentative (he was fine). I was very tired from driving in early so far away, but the gentlemen behind the food counter as well as the gentleman cashier were all exceptionally friendly. It was just very appreciated and made my day when having a tough week.“

“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“

“I’m from NYC and was excited when I drove past a Bojangles while visiting family in Virginia. We got a chicken biscuit, egg & sausage biscuit, ham & egg biscuit and Bo-rounds potatoes. Wow, everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were so pleasant, very clean restaurant. We’ll be happy to return on our next visit!“

“Like 99.9 Chick-fil-A 's I've visited, this visit was great. The only issue I had was the request for extra pickles on my sandwich was missed. In fact I got no pickles which makes me believe the sandwich maker confused extra with NO. We went to the mobile order lane and the timeline was quick and uneventful. Courteous and friendly. “Went in for an early lunch when they opened up at 10am. Food was hot and fresh. The supervisor greeted me. I told him I placed an online order. It was waiting for me. You can smell the baking bread rolls when you walk in the door, sandwiches are made to order at the counter to your wish and wrapped in fresh baked bread of your choice. An excellent way to start your shopping experience...but wait...be sure to ask for the "Coupon Card"....it gives you couponed food after so-many visits. In fact, keep this card with your other grocery store coupons...handy. Oh, don't like to eat prior to shopping.....take some home, they will wrap them up for you, no cooking when you get home.“
