“Went through the Drv thru line after 5pm . The line wasn't bad. I placed my order for the #1 Chicken sandwich combo plus a brownie. The line moved well until I got to the window. Several times I was asked my name and people behind me got their orders. Finally a new server asked what I ordered and at first he wasn't sure of my name. Then he brought me a bag for BRAD. Correct order but my name is LARRY. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, the food was good when I finally got it.“

“I read one review and had to try this place out. It did not disappoint! Spicy chicken tenders were large and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were decent. The potato wedges made a nice side. The mother - daughter duo running the show were both helpful and very friendly. Check it out!“

“Went in for an early lunch when they opened up at 10am. Food was hot and fresh. The supervisor greeted me. I told him I placed an online order. It was waiting for me. He gave me a tray and I ate inside. Y'all $7 for 2 pieces of dark meat a biscuit and 2 regular sides and a free drink using my app points. Best lunch hands down.“

“Absolutely worth every penny!
​I used to be hesitant to order fried chicken because I hate when the outside is crispy but the inside turns out dry. bb.q Chicken completely smashed those fears. I got the Korean garlic fries chicken, and it hit every single point perfectly: incredibly crunchy on the outside and impossibly juicy on the inside.
​Honestly, it’s so good it completely ruins standard American fried chicken for me which is usually expensive and dry anyway. The quality here makes the price 100% worth it.
​I’m already planning my next trip to try a half-and-half box (definitely getting the garlic glaze again!). If you want actual perfection and a satisfying meal, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“Great food! Ordered the pick two plate with pasta salad. Both kinds of chicken salad were delicious and pasta salad was exceptional! Ordered chips to go with it because I didn’t realize they give you crackers and even a little shortbread cookie with buttercream icing. And a pickle! Manager was attentive, noticed me waiting (but not for long). Then another staff member also asked which order I was waiting for a moment later. Really great place. Happy I stumbled upon it. 10/10“

“Great service and delicious fried chicken“

“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“
