“Dined on Saturday night with my boyfriend and his parents and we had a great experience. The service was accommodating as soon as we walked in! We asked to be seated so my boyfriend and his dad could watch the game and were given a few options. Our server Sean was great; he checked on us often, kept our water flowing, and was very personable. From what I could tell all of the servers seemed to be working efficiently as there were a few larger groups dining in.Our food was amazing as expected. It had been a while since my last visit so I knew what I wanted. The salmon dip is my favorite appetizer hands down but I always have to ask for extra chips. Everything came out fresh and was cooked perfectly. I love the fried shrimp entree as it’s so filling and you can’t go wrong with the sidewinder fries and Brussels. My boyfriend’s crab cake sandwich was the only thing I’d never tried and it was huge. Sean told us it was over 5 oz of crab meat and it didn’t disappoint. We all left full with leftovers so expect great food and great value !”
“We got the burnt ends and smoked chicken. Absolutely delicious. I especially love the greens. Best I've ever had. The Cole slaw did need more flavor. Too dry. Overall lots for your money. Ive been there twice and will definitely go back. Also the place was very clean.”

“Super cute place with great tea! I branched out from my usual for a strawberry milk tea and strawberry jelly, which the staff let me try (and I'd never had before). They were so friendly and it was delicious! REALLY fresh tasting. We got recommended this place by the owner of Poke Me upstairs (they promote each other) and he said they cut fresh fruit every single day for their teas- I could tell! Definitely worth a visit if you like bubble tea :)”

“What a great surprise brewery. Extremely friendly beertender (Gregory) with some great recommendations for brews. They also have seltzers and wine. We are not IPA fans but Gregory gave us 2 samples of their IPA's that were very very flavorful and not overly grapefruit flavorish. Blame it in Basil and Acid Rain. Both excellent. We had the Festbier and the Swift Creek Light Lager. Both excellent again! Great family atmosphere. Dog friendly outside due to no wall separating brew area from drinking area. They have a food truck with a somewhat limited menu but understood.If you've never been here you will not be disappointed!”
“I took my Mom their for her 80th birthday. They had a Steel Magnolia theme tea. Games and prizes. The food was outstanding. The owner was so kind and funny. Bathrooms were handicap accessible. “We hosted a bridal luncheon in the private room at Tazza Kitchen -Alverser Plaza today. Because we live out of state arranging a luncheon for 25 people can be a challenge. The crew at Tazza made it so easy. Their private room was perfect for our party - a casual vibe which Tazza let us personalize by adding our own tablecloths and flowers. They provided all of the information we needed, helped us set up for our luncheon, provided yummy food and superb service. Allie and team, thank you for all of your help making our event seamless and fun. It was outstanding!”

It was a take out order and I didn’t feel like taking them back because it was later after 10 pm and I was already feeling bad from waiting to eat for such a long time that day. I find alot of times there are places I want to go but because parking is an issue I tend to decline especially if weather is not the greatest.”

“Ordered my bagel with no butter again. For the 14th time in a row the McDonalds in Midlothian, VA At 13011 Hull Street slathered butter all over both sides of the bagel!!! I took pictures, tried to call them I got a busy number all day long. The surrounding McDonalds made sure I had the Franchise phone number and said they were very sorry to hear about the service I always get when I order through Doordash from that particular McDonalds. I really wish I could do as the manager at 13011 told me to do and pick another location for Dordash to have my food prepared at when I order, but I can't. The McDonalds on either side do a great job of reading and fixing orders as requested by the customer. DO NOT GO TO 13011 HULL STREET MCDONALDS. THE FOOD IS OFTEN FIXED WRONG AND THE FEMALE MORNING MANAGER IS NOT FRIENDLY AND DOES NOT CARE IF CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED!!!I have left the franchise office messages, but they never answer the phone or call back.I have talked to Doordash, but they will not redraw the lines to allow delivery to be switched to other McDonalds on Hull street that have great records of caring about customer satulisfaction and pride in their work, plus respect toward customers who call in to report errors when they do happen. The other locations are sorry and make things right. The manager at 13011 has told me SEVERAL times not to order at her McDonalds, to go to another one if they are so much better. Nope straight vanilla but I still ate it all. Prices are pretty reasonable. 8 bucks for a pint of ice cream? That's not much more expensive than a pint of Talenti.”

Although I was disappointed in not seeing my old favorites on the menu, I did get to see a healthier fare with salads, baked potatoes, along with classics like the Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. Service is friendly and with a smile. The associates are very helpful in the decision making process (so many good choices). This particular store is super clean with a convenient location. Despite missing my old favorites, I'll be returning to Arby's!”

“This place is awesome! We went there a few times and I'm so happy we did. We absolutely loved every menu item that we tried and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The prices are fair and the place has a nice feel to it. Even though the speed and set up is more of a fast food restaurant where they take your order at the counter and you get served quickly, the whole rest of the experience is not anything close to fast food. The tables and dining area are very clean and welcoming, the food is incredible, and they even will clean up after you when you are done as well as bring out the food to you when it is done. If you love Greek food or have never had it, this place is a must try!!”

Our server, Amy, was so sweet and engaged with our family, even the littles. My coffee cup stayed full and she anticipated our needs (extra napkins, please!) before we had to ask. In a time where customer service seems like a thing of the past, it was refreshing to be served with promptness, accuracy, and most of all, genuine kindness, by Amy.
