“My husband and I were looking for a new place for breakfast last weekend and stumbled upon The Grill. We went on a Sunday after church and they were busy but our wait was short and staff was friendly. I ordered one of the breakfast specials, the Cinnamon sugar French toast, and it was honestly the best French toast I have ever had. I can’t even find words to describe how amazing this French toast tasted.. the cinnamon sugar made the crust a little crisp and it was truly to die for.. so good I’m still thinking about it over a week later 😂 Also the potatoes were crisp on the outside and so fluffy and delicious on the inside. This was the first time in years neither of us needed a to-go box because the food was so good we couldn’t stop eating it!! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but our experience here was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we can’t wait to come back in with the whole family! Thank you to the staff and to the amazing chefs they have in the back! Until next time 🩵”

Fried green tomatoes and fried pickles were so good. I have struggled to find anywhere that has shrimp & grits, to my particular liking, since Lady Nawlins closed--I have to say, Charred's version really put me in the mind of my old fave! It was excellent! We got a hot Hawaiian pizza to go and that was super tasty, also! I will be back often, this might become my new lil go to spot based on the awesome cocktail variety! Sad it took me this long too check it out.”

Although l did witness this one young waitress (blonde hair braided in ponytail) come out the bathroom stall and walked right out the restroom and didn't wash her hands. I was highly disgusted. They need reiterate how in important for staff to wash their hands. On another note the menu offered a great selection, and the crab ragoon I ordered was incredibly delicious! The dessert ordered was delicious. l believe it was called Brule or something like that. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable but some were a little pricey. Other than that l do plan on returning again.”

“OMG! Their Harvest Season Wine Dinner was amazing! Manager Tony and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and wine was delicious. I am so grateful to have participated in this budget friendly event. I now have a new favorite wine, Migration Pinot Noir. The little rubber duck on the delicious Pumpkin Espresso Martini was such a cute ending to an amazing meal. I highly recommend attending these events and I look forward to their winter event.”

“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.”

I just so happened to be traveling back home on 288 and found Mangas Mini Treats on google, the reviews looked great and I needed cupcakes for an event tomorrow. Upon entering Jeaketa welcomed me with such hospitality. Not to mention the store smelt AMAZING! The presentation was absolutely beautiful. My daughter asked for a chocolate chip cookie too and it was gone within a matter of minutes. We of course tried one of the oreo cupcakes tonight and WOW! Just wow. I usually am an icing girl (don’t get me wrong the icing was outstanding) but with this cupcake I was both icing and cake :) The little touch of the oreo cookie at the bottom was so perfect. Yet when we visited with our Moms on Mother’s Day, she went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From drinks, to food and extras, she was on point with a GREAT attitude! We are asking for her upon our return on July 4th.
Excellent waitstaff, and the management at this location is superb! We always have a wonderful fresh meal (with incredibly good pizza!!) One time the kitchen made a minor mistake with our order, and the manager went above & beyond to correct it promptly! Highly recommend! We frequent this location”

Greg and Liza (who we think are the owners) were phenomenal! They went out of their way to make us feel right at home and made sure everything was perfect for our group. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. Our server, Julia, was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We just stopped in for a quick lunch and didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes, so we said we could take our food to go; they said, “absolutely not,” and gave us a free muffin and cookie! The decor and new layout is exactly what the shop needed. It was always a cute and cozy place, but the vibe it has now fits way better, and the “something” that was lacking before is finally here. And of course, the food was superb. The menu is the same (SO happy about that!) but it feels elevated, and more thoughtful now. I bought two for my first time - regular with cream cheese and sprinkles and regular with crème brûlée and graham crackers. The 2nd one was saved for the next day, I microwaved it for like 30 seconds and I swear it taste like it was literally out of the oven. If you are a cinnamon roll lover - THIS IS THE PLACE!!!”

“I was in town for a doctor appointment. I grew up in Midlo and drive an hour and half to still see a few doctors I grew up with. After my appointment I stopped in Wawa for a rest stop and to get hot tea. I am never helped in any store anywhere, but the gentlemen behind the food counter could tell I was looking for something and helped (I was too tired to see the great big ‘restroom’ sign lol). While getting my hot tea there was another gentleman getting hot coffee and accidentally spilled it on his hand and a lady was immediately attentative (he was fine). I was very tired from driving in early so far away, but the gentlemen behind the food counter as well as the gentleman cashier were all exceptionally friendly. It was just very appreciated and made my day when having a tough week.”

The professionalism and friendliness was on point, and the baristas were incredibly helpful and willing to make (and remake, if needed) orders exactly to each customers specifications. He offered us a sample of a new flavor while we were looking at the menu and let us try samples of flavors we were interested in. He was very thorough with our options and making sure he got everything we wanted correct. Gregory even explained that we can have as many flavors as we wanted, risking that the order could become more complicated he still offered it. No other establishment does this locally and no other wingstop has had this level of service. The food was cooked fresh and tasted phenomenal.”
