“My husband and I were looking for a new place for breakfast last weekend and stumbled upon The Grill. We went on a Sunday after church and they were busy but our wait was short and staff was friendly. I ordered one of the breakfast specials, the Cinnamon sugar French toast, and it was honestly the best French toast I have ever had. I can’t even find words to describe how amazing this French toast tasted.. the cinnamon sugar made the crust a little crisp and it was truly to die for.. so good I’m still thinking about it over a week later 😂 Also the potatoes were crisp on the outside and so fluffy and delicious on the inside. This was the first time in years neither of us needed a to-go box because the food was so good we couldn’t stop eating it!! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but our experience here was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we can’t wait to come back in with the whole family! Thank you to the staff and to the amazing chefs they have in the back! Until next time 🩵”

Pricing for games is cheap and unlimited, what more could you ask for?”

They need reiterate how in important for staff to wash their hands. On another note the menu offered a great selection, and the crab ragoon I ordered was incredibly delicious! The dessert ordered was delicious. l believe it was called Brule or something like that. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable but some were a little pricey. Other than that l do plan on returning again.”

“OMG! Their Harvest Season Wine Dinner was amazing! Manager Tony and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and wine was delicious. I am so grateful to have participated in this budget friendly event. I now have a new favorite wine, Migration Pinot Noir. The little rubber duck on the delicious Pumpkin Espresso Martini was such a cute ending to an amazing meal. I highly recommend attending these events and I look forward to their winter event.”

Upon entering Jeaketa welcomed me with such hospitality. Not to mention the store smelt AMAZING! The presentation was absolutely beautiful. My daughter asked for a chocolate chip cookie too and it was gone within a matter of minutes. We of course tried one of the oreo cupcakes tonight and WOW! Just wow. I usually am an icing girl (don’t get me wrong the icing was outstanding) but with this cupcake I was both icing and cake :) The little touch of the oreo cookie at the bottom was so perfect. “Oh my gooodddd you would NEVER know that these cinnamon rolls are vegan. They are so soft AND pillowy even next day! I bought two for my first time - regular with cream cheese and sprinkles and regular with crème brûlée and graham crackers. The 2nd one was saved for the next day, I microwaved it for like 30 seconds and I swear it taste like it was literally out of the oven. If you are a cinnamon roll lover - THIS IS THE PLACE!!!”

Sierra was our server and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. The decor and wall art are really awesome and all of the furniture looked brand new. Additionally, they have a partnership with Tazza Kitchen that allows you to order on your phone and they'll deliver it to the brewery. Tazza has REALLY good food! Funktastic has trivia, open mic nights, and a mead that all proceeds go to a Great Pernice rescue. 10/10”

“I usually get take out from here. The bologna sliders are delicious, as are the southern gent and bbq sliders. The Mozzarella sticks are very good, and so are the southwest eggrolls. The quesadilla was okay, but I did have it reheated....so I mean, it was a basic good quesadilla REHEATED which means it's better fresh! The sweet potato tots are okay, I wish maybe they had a little more seasoning? I got them specifically for my 1 year old and he threw them on the ground (like most toddlers do) but devoured any bites of sliders I gave him (this is the highest praise a restaurant could get on their food in my opinion)
Now for me, the real stars are the chicken tenders and fries (with ranch)
I use to live downtown and my FAVORITE place was the cocky rooster. I loved their chicken and fries, hands down the best I'd had anywhere. So I was super bummed to move to midlothian away from it...then to my surprise find them here!
I have been inside to pick up my food and the place is really freaking cool. I immediately knew where I wanted to bring my dad for our father daughter date night. They have seats in front of huge screens to watch games on!
Overall, the quality of food plus the price of everything is so incredibly hard to beat in this economy.
To whomever owns these businesses, thank you for providing delicious food at such an affordable cost.”

“We stopped at Mell J's Bar & Billiards while we were in town, and this place was absolutely right up my alley. Great laid-back atmosphere, excellent food, and plenty of it. Everything we had was really good, and I walked out completely stuffed—which is about the best compliment I can give a restaurant.

The place had a comfortable, local feel to it and was exactly the kind of spot I enjoy finding when I'm traveling. Good food, good atmosphere, and a place I'd absolutely come back to if I'm in the area again.

Can’t recommend this place enough and I will never go to Starbucks or any other joint for that reason alone.”
