“I'm always impressed how fast the line moves when it seems to be extremely long. When I arrived, the line was around the back of the building, but we moved very quickly. The drive-through host was fast. Efficient and friendly. The food came out, hot and fresh. Also got all the sauces in the amounts I requested.“

“If you lived in Virginia, you should know what is UKROP'S. Everyone I know that lived here and still lives here knows the name UKROPS. They used to be a grocery store that offers amazing foods hot and cold. they have the best employees and their locations are always nice and clean. Sadly, they closed their stores many years ago :( but then they opened this amazing Market Hall which is located at Three Chopt Road, parking is not too bad on the weekend since all the other offices there are mostly close. They close on Sunday and Monday. I am so happy that they decided to open a Market Hall! you can buy most of their amazing foods that they use to offer, from their famous fried chicken, potato wedges, scallop potato, carrot cake, whoopie pies and many more!! they did a great job on having a seating area outside and on the second floor of the building. it's not a big hall but it's perfect! employees was very friendly and patient with me since I could not decide what I want to get. if you are visiting Richmond, this is a stop for sure that you do not want to miss!“

Went here for a quick dinner, and I enjoyed the food here.The Food: I got the Steak Hibachi with Half Noodles/Half Fried Rice topped with an Egg. the steak was cooked nicely, covered in teriyaki sauce which mixed well withe the noodles and rice. It wasn't incredibly oily either, which made it more enjoyable. Portion size i big, so you'll leave out of here fulfilled.The Service: Service was good. You order through a tablet which makes the process very fast. Food came out in a timely manner. So not a lot of waiting.The Atmosphere: Plenty of tables to sit at. Spacious enough where you don't feel cramped. But it is a fast casual spot, so the decor is not fancy.Overall, a 5/5! Enjoyed the food, was fast and delicious with a nice portion. “I had ordered catering for a night shift work lunch the day before. The food was ready about 15-20 minutes after the pickup time I’d arranged. That was fine because the food was cooked fresh & stayed crispy. We got the option with jr. sandwiches, chicken bites & sides. That was able to feed 12 people with leftovers to take home! I’m glad that you’re able to order different spice levels for the items (we did half & half) so everyone was able to enjoy the food. My coworkers were impressed with the serving size and the flavor! I had my husband pick up the food so I’m not sure if they offer delivery for catering. It’s nice to have a late night food option that isn’t pizza or Wawa.“
