“Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. The owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and pride in both food and service. If you're in Petersburg or just passing through, CHIC’N CRAVE on North Sycamore Street is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!“

“3/25/26 stopped by after medical appt heading back to norfolk, I ordered nuggets 8 pc, fries, vanilla shake. Order#4513147 @ 11:30:25 reg.# 57 cashier Shadee and operator Greg Williams. The young man was very polite, helped me order and offered a free cookie for the trip back I accepted that chocolate chip cookie (which was the bomb) so was the vanilla shake. I told him I had just left VCU and has a follow up from surgery. I told him they are the bomb! They are very professional workers and they take great care of their patients. Everything was super excellent! I hadn't had chic fil a in a few years because of weight issues but I had a long ride home, no breakfast so I thought I'd get some lunch. The food was at the perfect temp, not red hot just right! The vanilla shake was delicious, hadn't had one of those in years. The cookie I waited awhile to eat but delicious! “Chicken fingers are good..get 4 tenders and fountain drink toast and coleslaw slaw for around $13..the lemonade is truly horrible..tastes like watered down Gatorade..I asked them did they run out of sugar that day. They said no its always tasteless“

“Bb.q chicken is insanely delicious and a place we’ve gone back to over the years. I’m glad there’s one in Richmond now. Their secret sauce is the BEST. But like other Bb.q chickens, their quality is a bit inconsistent (meat toughness, if it’s cooked thoroughly or dry, freshness of fry). Which is generally understandable and perhaps is an indicator of it not being default frozen food a la fast food, but it is NOT a cheap meal so it is a bit disappointment when like 2/3 times it’s excellent and 1/3 times it’s just okay.“

“I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. “I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.

What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.
