5 stars in person, 2 stars if you order online. It's never correct if I order delivery or mobile order. Today was tipping point for me not ordering online again - there's a chicken tender instead of a chicken filet in my sandwich and they forgot me and my kid's fries.
Quality of Chick-fil-A, as with most chains, has gone done over the years. Prices have gone up while the sandwiches are smaller each year. Sad.
