This place was normal Chick-fil-A, friendly staff, great customer and good food. The only downside is the location was very cold 🥶 which caused my food to get cold quickly.

Did not get what I ordered and could not call to discuss as you can not speak to an actual person. Had to go online to get my points back for the free item I did not get either. My fault for not checking my bag before I left, usually I do not have to with Chick-fil-a.

I don't know who needs here this, but the gentlemen josh always has excellent customer service. I honestly thought he was the manager, since I've been coming to this location. Shirt tucked in well groomed and well spoken. If I were regional ops he would Definitely be my prospect to represent one of the locations for manager. Sky is the limit young man keep doing what you doing! I hope the right person reads this and make it happen 🙏
