I depend on good tasting fresh food at reasonable prices.
Just moved to the RVA area and had a craving for BK. Heard about their new recipe updates and figured it was with a try. Got in the drive thru and relayed my order. Got greeted at the drive thru window with the employee asking what my order was, as if they didn’t record it. Then they gave me half my order thinking that was all of it - we were missing another meal. Then when they gave me the meal I had to remind them about the missing drinks.

The drive-thru experience has been mixed; one customer reported that the person at the east Laburnum location seemed to have a bit of attitude and handed out food without much friendliness, which has made some think twice about returning.
