Everything was great with online ordering and pick up as usual. Pizza was good, but when we got home we started to eat the Italian cheese bread and it tasted nothing like it should or usually does. It seems they forgot to put the garlic and herbs etc on the bread. The bottom of the box usually has a lot of the garlic and seasoning that falls off, and this time there is none. The pizza and crust was very hard-- like a rock.they're always out of something and has you wait at least 20 minutes on a good day. Inside is okay though. Smells good when you come in but that's the only positive thing i have to say for now. many of the times i've went there was no hot and ready and the times they said for one were so off that they said 5 minutes and i ended up waiting 20. This location used to be the best one to visit. However, the last two times my experience has been terrible. There is something wrong the each time I've been. Either they are backed up and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time or their system is down. I've decided to stop going to this location going forward to avoid disappointment.
