“When I tell you the way that this food melts in your mouth! I got the Nashville sandwich and the last couple times I tried it. I couldn’t stand the sandwich, but I had to try it from this place. Yo, it’s place to press perfection, they wrap up the whole sandwich so it leaves nice and hot and the fries don’t even taste close to being refrigerated or frozen! I can also tell that they use a very good clean here, five stars for nice healthy option for unhealthy food!“

“Wife wanted to slide by the ice cream place and then the Short Pump location here for dinner. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. I saw the “Red Beard’s Ghost” sauce and was contemplating it on some wings. The guy at the counter gave me a sample, and it was smooth with just a little heat. Flavorful. The ghost lured me in. I thought, no problem, I can handle this. I was wrong. So wrong. At home, I bit into a wing and suddenly I wasn’t in my kitchen anymore. I was on the deck of a pirate ship in the middle of a hurricane. My tongue was battling a flaming cutlass, my eyes were crying mutiny, and my soul was begging for mercy. Somewhere in the distance, I swear I heard a pirate laughing. This sauce didn’t just sneak up on me……it cannonballed into my mouth and raised its flag on my taste buds. Within minutes, I was sweating like I owed Red Beard back taxes in doubloons. 10/10 staff. 10/10 wings. 15/10 chance of seeing visions of pirate ghosts in your living room if you order this sauce. “Haven't had bone in wings in a while, wanted to give WS a shot. Reddit told me compared to BW3s, WS wings are better but BW3s has better sauce. For sauces, I like BW3s Nashville Hot, and Hot - some kick, but not nuclear. I usually opt for naked wings, well done for extra crispy and sauce on the side, here I got a 15 piece with Cajun on the side. My order included 3 flats and 12 drummies, which i thought was in my favor. Drummies > Flats but to each their own. The quality of the wings was as good as any I've had anywhere that weren't smoked first. Zero of my 15 had any kind of gristle or fatty yuckness I might set aside on a BW3 wing. Rarely do I get wings of high enough quality that I leave only a pile of bones, with these I did.

I dunked the first wing in my side of Cajun and thought I got a comparable Nashville Hot sauce. Coated the rest with and tossed. By wing 3 I was underwhelmed by the sauce. It was ok, but not enough flavor or heat. I'm not into chicken so hot I have to sign a waiver, but I like some heat.

Some TVs in here, but small no beer, and not really a dine in vibe. If you're ordering to go like I did, I recommend getting your sauce on the side to preserve the crisp.

If you want to sit, watch sports, have some wings and beer - B-Dubs wins. If you're willing to take your wings home, Wingstop by a mile.“

The general manager had no clue of what professionalism and courtesy is and customer service the poorest service I've ever had and a piece of power I've ever visited in my 50 years. I was demanding a tip at the counter and then had to argue with a delivery driver who bragged about how much she gets and tips and she always ask her customers for tips when she delivers. I thought threw good customer service you earn your tip. Not being confrontational with a customer at the counter who's picking their own order up in front of the general manager who doesn't care.
