“Not only the best vegan joint I’ve been to but also my longest supported local business in the state for over a year. The menu might be small but they heavily prioritize quality over quantity. If you’re looking for restaurant quality vegan fast food that’s authentically crafted, then this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this place. Try a cash wrap or a breakfast burrito here and you’ll be in love in no time.“

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!“

“We had a private dinner served to us by the 2 partners of Tulsi. They came to Vinnie and Rebecca’s beautiful yard and gave us a cooking experience we will all never forget. They cooked up some speciality meals that were perfect. Chicken, fresh vegetables from the gardens, very spicy mushrooms and of course nam . Everything was perfect! I’m not usually a downtown Richmond person—city crowds just aren’t my thing—but I’m really glad he suggested this spot. I made the drive from King William, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic, and the laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect place to reconnect. I had the pork carnitas with a Caesar side salad—super flavorful, and the pork was incredibly tender. The Caesar dressing? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to know if it was homemade or store-bought, because I need it in my life! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxed and cool meeting spot. I’m already planning to explore more RIC gems soon!“

“My pop came through town about two weeks ago. He said he wanted to grab lunch. I work nearby, and knew he loves a good burger. I was concerned because my mother (who loves cooking, loves learning new recipes, but has her classics and go-to’s, makes his burgers) would never hear the end of it, if the meal was awesome. Well. I was right. So my mom and my pops came to town and wanted to have dinner, with me and my partner. After politely asking us recommendations and subtly dodging each place my partner and I mentioned. My mom asks, “Where did you take Daddy for lunch?” We ended up hanging out and chatting while the staff started to close up. Great food. Every time. Great fast friendly service. Every time. Need a restaurant that your parents like to get them to visit? (Probably not) but THANK YOU, EAZZY BURGER!“

Both were excellent and I particularly enjoyed the texture and mix of spices in the BBQ (this has taken the crown as my favorite plant based BBQ). It’s a smaller café, so when it’s cold there can be a short wait and limited indoor seating (no reservations), but it totally makes sense for the size. When the weather’s warm, they have a large patio. They’re open 9–2, and the staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The décor is super unique with a total RVA vibe. The food was unreal. I had the Glitter on a Mattress (Texas toast with bacon & sausage gravy, a side of bacon, and edible glitter ✨) and it was SO good — and huge. We also tried the French toast with flavored fruit cream and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was amazing. Parking is limited in the front, but there’s plenty around the back and an easy walk-up through a covered patio area. Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend — can’t wait to go back. 💕🍳✨“

The chai tea latte was a bit subtle in flavor and could benefit from a bolder profile. Lines can get long and seating is limited, so visiting early is recommended.“

“My family and I took my Mother there for her 91st birthday. In all there were 14 of us. The staff took great care of us. We ordered from the brunch menu. Everyone one of us had a wonderful time. The food was tasty, chef (AJ) even came out to say Happy Birthday to his Grandmother! Several of us said we will return again. The dinner menu looks amazing I wanted to stay for dinner but I had to head home and I was too full from brunch. I wish Sweet P's much success!“
