If you’re looking for restaurant quality vegan fast food that’s authentically crafted, then this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this place. Try a cash wrap or a breakfast burrito here and you’ll be in love in no time.“

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!“

“This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. We were just driving through Richmond and decided to stop here for a bite. My husband had the brisket sandwich which he said was fantastic. I had the trainwrek that was so large and outstanding I couldn’t finish it and have leftovers. The food is fresh and has exquisite flavor! If I’m ever in Richmond again I will be returning.“

“I came here on a Monday evening at 6:30 PM with four of my colleagues. We sat outside, which was fine with the weather and it was also the only table they had available for four people with a week notice. I tried to change my reservation and add more people, but when I called on a Monday, they unfortunately are not open. However they did return my call the next day which is super rare. The inside looks really nice. My colleague was at the bar having cocktails and loved their cocktail list. I got the social butterfly and it was delicious and beautiful, with gin, vermouth maraschino liqueur and Thai basil, but you really don’t taste the basil which is good thing for me. We ordered the bread with butter and the smorgasbord of cheese and meat. It was so good. I can’t explain it but it was not your ordinary meats and cheeses with prosciutto and brie and manchego. I split the duck and the Bucatini with my colleague, both were very delicious and then we all shared the profiteroles and pear spice cake, which was amazing as well. I will say the menu changes often because now that I’m looking at the website a week later my dishes are no longer there. But I don’t deny that anything that is on their menu is very good. My colleague got the steak and my other colleague got a different pasta and everyone loved their dishes.“

“We had a private dinner served to us by the 2 partners of Tulsi. They came to Vinnie and Rebecca’s beautiful yard and gave us a cooking experience we will all never forget. They cooked up some speciality meals that were perfect. Chicken, fresh vegetables from the gardens, very spicy mushrooms and of course nam . Everything was perfect! “I got the fish sandwich and it was hot and fresh. However, the lettuce was wilted and I am not a personal fan of shoestring fries because the get cold and limp to quickly. It was strange to find no Samuel Adams beers on tap at a Sanuel Adams establishments.

My server, Tabbi, was friendly and attentive she even took the opportunity to help me before the pushy customer that came in after me.

The music was a bit loud and only ESPN on all screens. I guess that's the usual for an airport bar.“

Located in a corner of the street the place was easy to find, they have indoor and limited outdoor seating options, very friendly staff.

Ngl it was worth taking the trip from NoVA to Richmond after all the reels I consumed🫠

Love the campy decor, drinks, and eccentric clientele. Reminds me of a few long gone places we used to frequent along Brooklyn’s outer edge.“

I was concerned because my mother (who loves cooking, loves learning new recipes, but has her classics and go-to’s, makes his burgers) would never hear the end of it, if the meal was awesome. Well. I’m not usually a downtown Richmond person—city crowds just aren’t my thing—but I’m really glad he suggested this spot. I made the drive from King William, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic, and the laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect place to reconnect. I had the pork carnitas with a Caesar side salad—super flavorful, and the pork was incredibly tender. The Caesar dressing? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to know if it was homemade or store-bought, because I need it in my life! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxed and cool meeting spot. I’m already planning to explore more RIC gems soon!“

It’s a smaller café, so when it’s cold there can be a short wait and limited indoor seating (no reservations), but it totally makes sense for the size. When the weather’s warm, they have a large patio. They’re open 9–2, and the staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The décor is super unique with a total RVA vibe. The food was unreal. I had the Glitter on a Mattress (Texas toast with bacon & sausage gravy, a side of bacon, and edible glitter ✨) and it was SO good — and huge. We also tried the French toast with flavored fruit cream and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was amazing. Parking is limited in the front, but there’s plenty around the back and an easy walk-up through a covered patio area. Great food, great service, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend — can’t wait to go back. 💕🍳✨“

“Everyone was really friendly, helpful, and attentive upon entering and ordering. We each got the Lil Cease, and it was absolutely delicious! Not cheap, but not too expensive either for the quality of ingredients and good sized wrap. They also have a rewards system, so that's pretty cool! Great option for vegetarians, since the whole menu is meat-free and I believe, vegan, too!!“

The people working this afternoon were so nice and ready to help us (I had been studying the menu online though, so we knew exactly what we wanted! If you’re not sure though, they are more than willing to help), and the food was delicious and substantially portioned. The salsa bar to dress things up is amazing, but everything was incredible even without it. I got all the vegetarian stuff and I can’t wait to try more. My husband got the chicken mole on the bone and a pork guiso and now he’s fantasizing about catering a party from here because it is so homey and tastes so comforting. We went with the platillo medio option to try 2 guisos each, and with that we had leftovers, which is great for breakfast or lunch tomorrow. I will say the spicy stuff wasn’t very spicy if you like some heat, but it’s all seasoned really nicely. Corn tortillas were great, and they seemed super conscientious about that for gf guests. “What's not to love about Stir Crazy? It's the ideal coffee shop. Nice, friendly neighborhood sort of place on MacArthur, very popular with all ages and for good reasons. The best thing about the place is the staff, they are just the greatest, every single one of them. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm a retired old fogey and I go there a lot; I am very comfortable there.“
