The waitress check on us several times to make sure we ordered and received everything before the kitchen closed at 9:45pm. I do not normally enjoy the white sauce at any restaurant in Virginia. Although I am proud that it's a Virginia thing, so I at least try it. I loved the white sauce there! I believe I fell in love with white sauce that long ago Every white sauce I have had since then has been a disappointment and caused me to not like it. “Had breakfast here and ordered the salmon and egg, it came with a crispy latke, labneh, and a perfectly jammy egg. The flavors were such a good balance and worked really well together. We sat outside on the patio with our dog, which made it even better. The food came out quickly and everyone was genuinely kind. I’d definitely come back.“

It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. “I never post reviews but DJ deserves a huge shoutout. I order take out or delivery from here probably once a week (for the past year or so) and every time I go in to get my order if DJ is working, he has a huge smile and welcomes me in by name. He is so sweet and always makes sure my order is correct. I’ve also never had issues with my order when he has handled it. Today, I ordered delivery and he even wrote on the cookie bag Hey Mrs. Lexie, Enjoy & Merry Christmas. These little things are the level of customer service that go above and beyond and keep us coming back. He is vital to this company and deserves some sort of promotion. We obviously will continue coming back but definitely wanted to give recognition to one of the best employees! Thank you DJ for being amazing!“

“Look I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens in my life and I've had mediocre, great, and poor experiences. However, we genuinely had the best experience we've ever had a few days ago by our server Marcus.
Seriously, not once did we have to wait for anything. Refills, check-ups, appetizers, and the check were done with expedience and attention. Amazing personality & atmosphere brought to our table by him. Not only that, but he gave us extra soup and refills with our boxes!

“Great customer service, every staff member we met was overly courteous.

Food was delicious and a great value. I really enjoyed the buns on the hot dog and the burger. Truffle fries had excellent flavor and seasoning. Chai was really well balanced. And the cappuccino was really good.

Parking can be validated by the restaurant just ask the hostess. We parked in a free lot across from the main parking lot.

Would love to come back here again to try their breakfast.“

All you can eat bread sticks, soup and salad.
Friendly staff. Too a long time for food to come out. But server was quick to refill drinks and replenish salad ans soup.

“4/7/24 I observed a worker while getting a propane refill at (Quioccasin and Pemberton) walk out the trailer to the store (gloved hands on the door and other store fixtures, handling money) and back out of the store, back into the trailer and straight to the grill (it was that close) with no change of gloves. The young man was very polite, helped me order and offered a free cookie for the trip back I accepted that chocolate chip cookie (which was the bomb) so was the vanilla shake. I told him I had just left VCU and has a follow up from surgery. I told him they are the bomb! They are very professional workers and they take great care of their patients. Everything was super excellent! I hadn't had chic fil a in a few years because of weight issues but I had a long ride home, no breakfast so I thought I'd get some lunch. The food was at the perfect temp, not red hot just right! The vanilla shake was delicious, hadn't had one of those in years. The cookie I waited awhile to eat but delicious! “I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time.
