Amazing Chef's Table experience! If you are looking for a special dining experience, I'd highly recommend it. Brandon (chef) put together 4 courses that were each 5*. We started with an amuse bouche (a wonderful ceviche). Next was a jumbo lump crab salad. We enjoyed a Chef's Tasting and Wine Pairing at Bar West during the last week of January and everything was excellent! Brandon, the Chef, prepared a unique and delicious meal that included five courses. Austin provided wine that complemented each course. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to to go back and try one of Bar West's signature cocktails and order an entree from the regular menu!

Wow! The Chef's Table dinner we had at Bar West exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere. We had a cozy spot by the fireplace to start out our night with drinks. Highly recommend the espresso martinis. They also have a nice wine selection.
