While eating at the restaurant, I noticed I received a different salad than what I ordered online. The new manager (Jassie?) must have noticed the look on my face and asked me what was wrong. I showed her my order online didn't match what I had and she quickly had the correct salad made. Sometimes in restaurants mistakes happen, but noticing them fast and proactively without me having to get up is pretty rare service these days. Salad was fresh and filling.
I have been an online Chopt customer over the last few years on a regular basis. The quality of your salads have definately been on the decline. I've noticed the last couple of salads that I have ordered have either been missing the chicken altogether, or very little has been added, as well as skimping on other ingredients.
