Stopped in the other day for takeout. Staff so friendly, decided to dine in. Salad was amazing and the service was fantastic - very engaging and friendly. Highly recommend anyone to venture into Chopt - Richmond location. The Manager of this location has a great team - a reflection of good leadership. Well done, I will be back and will be telling friends. FYI - Mexican Caesar Salad is amazing!

The ingredients look great, but somehow the salad was bland. Can't put my finger on it but something just wasn't what it was supposed to be. More importantly, they were out of blue cheese dressing.
