Crab soup was my favorite. The service was also good. My only cons were they were out of everything I ordered. I ordered pork shank and was told it was frozen. So then I ordered catfish bites and they were out of them. So I ended up with fried green tomatoes and crab soup. The fried green tomatoes were a little harder than I expected and the batter was still uncooked somewhat.
Great happy hour food and drink prices. It got crowded and loud around 9pm but we ate early and it was busy but we still got fast drinks and were able to play pool as long as we wanted (2 games). Pool and shuffle board are free btw. Very casual but fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for work gatherings or date night.
Every item we ordered was absolutely delicious! From appetizers, to the entrée, and even dessert, they were all phenomenal!

A highlight is the "Veg Head Dirty Rice" dish, which surprises and satisfies both vegans and meat-eaters. Guests also enjoy options like the Caesar Salad with Chicken and the Byrd Park Burger with Fries. The IPA beers are a nice addition to the menu. While some guests feel it lacks atmosphere, the welcoming scenery around the Tavern creates a home-like feel. Overall, Westham Tavern is highly recommended for a delightful dining experience in Richmond.
