Friendly staff great place to see a show.
It has an extensive beer list. Take your time and pick a good one. Sit at the bar. We didn’t and regretted it. The pretzel was really good with the beer cheese.

The Capital Ale House offers a great selection of food and drinks in a big space. The beer cheese and bacon smash burger is phenomenal, while the pound of shrimp is delicious. The bartenders are attentive and friendly, making the dining experience worthwhile. The restaurant can accommodate large groups in a private room. The selection of beers, including local options, is impressive, and the basic pasta dish is really good. The loaded fries are highly recommended, and the staff, including very friendly and engaging servers, add to the positive experience. However, the loud band can make conversation difficult. The food was delicious and the service was patient. There is free street parking on weekends. The Szechuan wings and chicken tenders are must-try items, and the restaurant has choices of beer for everyone.
