“We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jordan—he is phenomenal! Jordan is truly the reason we keep coming back to this Chick-fil-A. He always greets us by name, and his warm, positive attitude makes every visit a joy. He brings so much energy and kindness to the drive-thru experience—it simply wouldn’t be the same without him. Thank you, Jordan, for going above and beyond every single time!“

“very good food. location is right near home“

“They catered my wedding and I hardly ate.
Was looking forward to leftovers, but they were enjoyed a bit too much for there to be any! I received incredible feedback from everyone. They were super easy to work with, communicative, and helpful at every step.
I can’t recommend the food and staff enough.
Thank you Tracy for being so amazing!“

“Stopped in the other day for takeout. Staff so friendly, decided to dine in. Salad was amazing and the service was fantastic - very engaging and friendly. Highly recommend anyone to venture into Chopt - Richmond location. The Manager of this location has a great team - a reflection of good leadership. Well done, I will be back and will be telling friends. FYI - Mexican Caesar Salad is amazing!“

“I'm addicted and can't wait to hopefully have more tomorrow 😋❤️ All the food was so flavorful and the presentation is amazing.“

“I got to say this was great food! We just noticed it on Google Maps is a sandwich shop and decided to give it a try. The guy running the counter was really nice and the food was out of this world. My kid loved his cheeseburger and I had the pepperoni cheesesteak, will definitely be back!“

“Delicious and friendly atmosphere“

“The best Filipino Food in Richmond!!!“

“Just went by to pick up my lox bagel on the way to work, was greeted by such a nice staff.
The Ac also felt amazing.

I arrived at work, and took the first bite, and went straight to heaven. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The lox was not fishy, just yummy and smooth, and the cucumbers had the perfect crunch and a bit of lemon and olive oil on top. YUM!!!!

Highly recommend, also The Elana with smoked chicken & feta, my go to!“

“We came here for our anniversary dinner before a concert in Richmond. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! We’ll be back if we come back to Richmond!“

“I had two bbq meals one day, one catered by the new hip restaurant and one by Truly Scrumptious. Truly Scrumptious was leaps and bounds beyond in terms of flavor, balance, and freshness. Would highly recommend!“

“Stopped in randomly. Long day. Needed food. I've driven by this place so many times. Picked a random hot American pizza. XL. Holy hell this thing was good!! Dudes inside were nice, and got me a pizza from order to me walking to my car in less than 15min. Can't wait to try more of their pizzas!! Also, they have nightingale ice cream sandwiches!!!!“

“Only fan spot where the primary staff make you feel that they’re glad you’re there. Just don’t get that elsewhere. Really annoying Eagles songs though. When it’s jumpin’, it’s an experience.“

“Thank you CAVA for taking care of front line workers during this unprecedented time. I see you and appreciate you !!“

“Loved the duck and the fried green tomatoes. Great service, too!“

“The food is AMAZING. Our group had vegetarians in our group, picky eaters, and a food enthusiast. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. BEYOND SAUSAGE was perfectly cooked, eggs were so yellow and fluffy, pimento cheese on a jalepeno cheddar bagel OMG. Everything was thoughtfully seasoned, generous portions, polite service, super fresh. It was an amazing and really cool experience!!! You can walk through their market then grab food. I would be here constantly if I resided in the area. Will return next time I’m in RVA. Thank you to the young lady who serviced us on 9/13/26 11am. Indoor and outdoor seating.“

“I highly recommend, it serves good food overall!“

“Had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlynn today in the drive through line. She was very friendly and made my drive through experience as streamlined as possible, even with my Indecisiveness. Her patience is commendable. I hope she is recognized for her excellent customer service“

“David was the best cook and company. 100% nostalgia. The prices are average. Very small, but it does have indoor seating. Food reminds me of the old triangle. If you know you know. It's one person working so do not come if you are in a rush.“

“Our lunch is simple, but very well done. My burger was cooked as requested. The brioche bun was toasted wonderfully and I selected my side as a side salad, which was plentiful with beautiful fresh blueberries. Put the star of the lunch was definitely the tarragon chicken salad! Oh, my! Flavors were incredible, and it just had its own umami to it! Highly recommend. I don’t wanna forget we had two cappuccinos that were beautifully prepared and presented with options of whole oat and almond milk.
For only being open a year, they’re doing great and I hope they continue. Richmond definitely needs a nice spot down by the river.“

“I eat here about 3 times a month (whenever I'm in the area on business).. Food is always good. Staff are friendly and warm. Manager goes above and beyond... I highly recommend this place. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Easy access to 295..
What are you waiting for?“

“Tasty food. Big portions. Fast delivery.“

“Overall a good experience.
We got an XL pepperoni pizza and I requested 3/4 pepperoni, 1/4 cheese- which they honored. Family liked it!
Meatball Sub- My husband and I both liked it!
Lasagna, came with bread- no one liked the bread, but the lasagna was good.

I did not like the $1.99 “service fee”. I feel like that is a cash grab. Otherwise a pleasant experience.“

“I was extremely excited to learn about Ms.Beesjuicebar in the community where I grew up as a child. The food is delicious and there were so many options to support my mom’s health needs and my family’s lifestyle change🌷☺️“

“Lunch. The chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy, and delicious. The waffle fries were crispy, too. The tea was good an sweet like I like it.
Seats available. Nice and clean.
Only minus was there wasn't a person working the dining room. Which was so unusual“

“Amazing food and a great atmosphere with the most friendly staff.“

“While travelling America, my partner and I stumbled across this sand which shop and it's the best one we've ever been to! Delicious food and wonderful service- Its such a shame we don't have any here in the U.K!“

“Absolutely amazing I would recommend this place to others“

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.

What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.

Great food, great service, and a solid overall experience.

I’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“Had a great lunch with my 11 & 4 yr old grandsons. First time inside to eat! Very clean, food was hot & fresh, and just a great experience!!“

“First customer of the day today and every table in there was dirty“

“the food is always special.....“

“The soda was completely out for days. Fools would come in, not buy anything and picnic, eating thier food at a restaurant. Trash. My food order was taken by some rando one day. You go there because its a chain. The food was fine once it finally arrived“

“To be honest the service is horrible at this location. But the food is always amazing, and in this day and time, I’m just glad somebody’s behind the counter to take my order LOL I have been three times in the last six weeks and every time the service was horrible, but the food was amazing! I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes each time, but it’s worth it!“
