“I went to the Holly Philly foodtruck located on Midlothian turnpike at the BP gas station. The customer service was outstanding and it was hands down the Best Philly sub I have had in a long time. I ordered their #7 12 inch combo and it was enough food to split for two people. I will definitely be returning!“

“Had breakfast here and ordered the salmon and egg, it came with a crispy latke, labneh, and a perfectly jammy egg. The flavors were such a good balance and worked really well together. We sat outside on the patio with our dog, which made it even better. The food came out quickly and everyone was genuinely kind. I’d definitely come back.“

“Great customer service, every staff member we met was overly courteous.
Food was delicious and a great value. I really enjoyed the buns on the hot dog and the burger. Truffle fries had excellent flavor and seasoning. Chai was really well balanced. And the cappuccino was really good.
Parking can be validated by the restaurant just ask the hostess. We parked in a free lot across from the main parking lot.
Would love to come back here again to try their breakfast.“

“Overall a good experience.
We got an XL pepperoni pizza and I requested 3/4 pepperoni, 1/4 cheese- which they honored. Family liked it!
Meatball Sub- My husband and I both liked it!
Lasagna, came with bread- no one liked the bread, but the lasagna was good.
I did not like the $1.99 “service fee”. I feel like that is a cash grab. Otherwise a pleasant experience.“

“I’ve lived in the neighborhood for two years. Union is a classic and always hits, s/o tempeh bahn mi and the pimento cheese with Route 11 chips, but what compelled me to write a review is the vegetarian smash burger I had last night! THANK YOU GUYS FOR HAVING THIS OPTION. I love a black bean/veggie patty, but sometimes just want that “meat” experience and not a ton of places in the neighborhood have that. It was so, so good after running the half yesterday.“

“3/25/26 stopped by after medical appt heading back to norfolk, I ordered nuggets 8 pc, fries, vanilla shake. Order#4513147 @ 11:30:25 reg.# 57 cashier Shadee and operator Greg Williams. The young man was very polite, helped me order and offered a free cookie for the trip back I accepted that chocolate chip cookie (which was the bomb) so was the vanilla shake. I told him I had just left VCU and has a follow up from surgery. I told him they are the bomb! They are very professional workers and they take great care of their patients. Everything was super excellent! I hadn't had chic fil a in a few years because of weight issues but I had a long ride home, no breakfast so I thought I'd get some lunch. The food was at the perfect temp, not red hot just right! The vanilla shake was delicious, hadn't had one of those in years. The cookie I waited awhile to eat but delicious! Excellent, Excellent service! Keep up the good work! Love the heaters for the employees and customers! Your the Bomb!“

“We were traveling, and at one of the exits, we saw Chick-fil-A. We went in and found they were about to close in 15 minutes. The lady who helped us was not upset that it was late. We told her we would eat in our car since they were about to close. She helped us with our orders and made sure we had everything.“

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.
As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.
I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.
The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.
What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.
For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.
Great food, great service, and a solid overall experience.

“My husband and I were stationed in Italy for 4 years. While there we learned that American interpretation of Italian food is way off. After we left Italy in 1995, we only found three places that serve meals that reminded us of the food we had in Italy. One in St. Louis, one in Swaffham, Norfolk in the UK, and one right here in Mechanicsville, VA. , and not a one is Olive Garden (which has nothing remotely similar to true Italian food). Angel is a master chef, he and his wife Carla prepare and serve meals that are made fresh daily and remind us of the meals we had in Italy. We have been going here for eight years and have enjoyed every meal. Yes we tried a couple other places in the Richmond area, however they do not even come close to the quality of fresh, and perfectly flavored meals. We decided no where else is as good. Pasta House is a hidden gem and a well kept secret.“

“To be honest the service is horrible at this location. But the food is always amazing, and in this day and time, I’m just glad somebody’s behind the counter to take my order LOL I have been three times in the last six weeks and every time the service was horrible, but the food was amazing! I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes each time, but it’s worth it!“
