The food is as expected for a Panera, but the new location has a rancid smell that is pungent both inside and outside. Smells exactly like rotting eggs. I don’t know how this odor is so strong but I’ve been disturbed by it every time I have visited the new location since it opened.
Appreciate the massive undertaking of filling all the lunch time orders, truly. Although there is a full team working, we definitely had a very long wait .There was an error made on a single sandwich order, but not discovered until we arrived at the place we were visiting to bring lunch. Asked for just lettuce, tomato, turkey. There was spicy mustard on the bread, which isn't for everyone. So that didn't get finished.Tables, drink station and pickup area are all so very close...read full review

I haven't patronized Panera bread in years. The drive thru associate (young female, AA ) was patient and kind with me as I navigated through the menu and asked questions; I am appreciative and will return. I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken (or turkey) and flatbread pizza. I'm very pleased and impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients that makes up the Cobb salad especially the tenderness of the grilled chicken. It's a very testy salad, you won't be disappointed....read full review
