I went here for a Pizza and a smoothie both came fast and they have parking spots for people who wait during a rush, the drive through workers Cyanna and Emma were very kind.

I haven't patronized Panera bread in years. The drive thru associate (young female, AA ) was patient and kind with me as I navigated through the menu and asked questions; I am appreciative and will return. I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken (or turkey) and flatbread pizza. I'm very pleased and impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients that makes up the Cobb salad especially the tenderness of the grilled chicken. It's a very testy salad, you won't be disappointed. The flatbread pizza isn't for me, the bread was tough and chewy. I picked the pepperoni and cheese off and was satisfied with doing that. However doesn't mean it wouldn't be enjoyed by another customer.

I got a Green Passion Smoothie from the Panera Bread on Staples Mill yesterday. Within a few hours, I had food poisoning symptoms. I’m still feeling ill. It’s the only thing that I ate yesterday because I fasted for most of the day. Has anyone else had food poisoning symptoms after eating here on 12/18/23?

Have lunch here with my wife on work days, the staff is always quick and the food is great! They do an awesome job.
The food is as expected for a Panera, but the new location has a rancid smell that is pungent both inside and outside. Smells exactly like rotting eggs. I don’t know how this odor is so strong but I’ve been disturbed by it every time I have visited the new location since it opened.
