We really enjoyed our first Noodles and Company experience. Great food. Everything was hot. Everyone got what they wanted. Super nice staff. Manager told us not very many people say Thank You after their meal. Not a difficult thing to do when you have good food!
UPDATE:My second visit was perfect. The cashier was checking a customer out when I arrived. She is much more personable than the cashier from my first visit. She greeted me, and after taking my order, explained that when my order is ready she will call my name and set my order at the pickup area. I asked about the oven and she said it's supposed to be fixed this weekend. None of this happened on my first visit which was cold and transactional. I love love this place!!! I get lunch here with my mom after work. This place has always held a special place in my heart, I’ve been going here since I was a kid I love their food and the workers. Everything is always so nice on the inside and the staff’s energy is always warming!!
