“Was a simple and new place. Cashier/owner was fantastic and service was 100/10 truly a great experience. The food was on point and tasted fantastic. I’m from upstate NY, but it’s worth the visit anytime I come down south from now on. Really was a awesome service and authentic food.“

“I was disappointed in the chicken. Thought it would be better. Not much crisp coating and the chicken strips were on the processed side. And the potato wedges were more mashed than crisp. Service was great and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.“

“Our contractor just raves about this chicken. One day, he surprised us with the works. Picnic on the deck with his crew. Yummo. So good. Chicken was flavorful and moist. The plantains were cooked just right. I've never had a yucca fry, but it was tasty.“

“I order the chicken over rice with salad with a special dressing. I liked it and will return to that place. I couldn't try other dishes because they have calories. I chose the chicken over rice with salad because it was a healthy choice for me .
The restaurant is on Jefferson Davis highway Route 1 next to Mr Submarine.“

“Some of the best fried chicken gizzards in Richmond! I don't think they're on the menu, but just ask for them. I think they're $7 for a pound or so.“

“I really don’t care for where they’re located, but it’s worth the drive if you really want it. Unfortunately the chicken has gotten very, very small and the price seems to steadily increase every time I go. They do still, however, have one of the better deals in the city where you can get 10 wings for $16.99. Surely OK because of convenience of not having to cook because again they’re very small and the price does not equate for the portion that you get. Overall, the chicken as well, flavored and cooked through and through.
Vegetarian options: None
Parking: There is free parking in front of the store, but it’s a very small parking lot that is shared with other stores on the strip. Be riding to have to fight for parking or just park at the corner store across the street and walk over.“

“This location always has great food quality. The last time we ordered online, they did not include 4 drinks, the order before that they forgot to put some of our ordered items in the bag of food we had delivered. We promptly received a credit.“

“I wanted some real spot fried chicken, not the uptight mama kitchen 2 pieces for twenty dollars and other so called hipster spots. This joint is in a gas station, so it's scares the local cary town polos and yoga pants away. I'm a hypocrite cuz I rock Lululemon sometimes too ?.I ordered chicken, biscuits, cornbread, fries. All were awesome. Fries were soggy yet still bangin like some subs in an 87 Cutlass. Chicken is 9 out of ten. Clean, not greasy. Biscuits and corn bread 7.5/10. The manager Francis held me down and was on top of his customer service game. Def recommend as a dope spot. It's a franchise too for those scared of the gas station. Word life.“

“I purchased Korean fried chicken with a side of pickled radishes on 7/8/24 Suemi waited on me. The chicken was absolutely delicious but the pickled radishes were rancid. I attempted to call the restaurant to notify them but no one answered. .“
“I ordered from Postmates and I clicked on the address, and then I realized that it’s actually made in IHOP’s kitchen. Honestly it’s a great chicken sandwich… i love the sauce and also the waffle fries too. I think I’ll try the sliders next“

“We were in town visiting for a conference, and we found the restaurant online. We headed to the restaurant, but when we got there the owner explained that the restaurant had just closed for the evening. He gave us a few recommendations on other places to eat, and we started to search for an Uber. A few minutes later, the owner, Tysean, opened the door and offered to go back in the kitchen and cook something for us. We couldn’t pass that offer up. We waited for a few minutes, and he brought us out some of the best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time along with some, nicely seasoned potato wedges and hot buttery honey biscuits. Along with some honey mustard dipping sauce and sweet tea to wash it all down, we had an amazing meal. I’ll definitely be back, and you should visit if you are in Richmond.“
