“Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. The owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and pride in both food and service. “Lees is definitely enough to put the all three much popular chains like Popeyes,KFC and Church's to deep shame.Bojangles well that's definitely stiff competition because they're no joke either lol but there's something more authentic and more homely about Lee's.Their chicken taste like the fried chicken your mom makes in a batch and then bring it to church for lunch after service.Their chicken taste taste is fully seasoned,crispy and juicy,biscuits taste like they're from scratch.Nothing ashy and hard enough for me to play frisbee with.The service from the workers are so professional and cheery and love the cleanliness of the place.The mac and cheese in my opinion need a little more work,it kind of taste like box macaroni,they need to change up the recipe but other than that Lee's is always my go to place whenever i'm down in Richmond Va.“

“I really liked the food there. I used to like in nyc and there is a place called ktown there and I used to go to a bbq chicken branch there so I’m feeling nostalgic about the food too. The hot and spicy chicken is definitely a 10/10 and better than any other bbq I’ve been to. It’s even better that there’s a boba place next to it to pair it up. Boba and chicken is always amazing!!!“

“They came through for my family when we were looking for a place that offered fried fish for a party. The fish was well seasoned, delicious, and huge. We also went back and got a cheesecake, lamb over rich and fried chicken wing's, which were all delicious. Ate it so fast that I didn't get pics.“

I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.

There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.

My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.

Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.“

I'm a hypocrite cuz I rock Lululemon sometimes too ?.I ordered chicken, biscuits, cornbread, fries. All were awesome. Fries were soggy yet still bangin like some subs in an 87 Cutlass. Chicken is 9 out of ten. Clean, not greasy. Biscuits and corn bread 7.5/10. The manager Francis held me down and was on top of his customer service game. Def recommend as a dope spot. It's a franchise too for those scared of the gas station. Word life.“
