I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. ​I used to be hesitant to order fried chicken because I hate when the outside is crispy but the inside turns out dry. bb.q Chicken completely smashed those fears. I got the Korean garlic fries chicken, and it hit every single point perfectly: incredibly crunchy on the outside and impossibly juicy on the inside.
​Honestly, it’s so good it completely ruins standard American fried chicken for me which is usually expensive and dry anyway. The quality here makes the price 100% worth it.

“3/25/26 stopped by after medical appt heading back to norfolk, I ordered nuggets 8 pc, fries, vanilla shake. Order#4513147 @ 11:30:25 reg.# 57 cashier Shadee and operator Greg Williams. The young man was very polite, helped me order and offered a free cookie for the trip back I accepted that chocolate chip cookie (which was the bomb) so was the vanilla shake. I told him I had just left VCU and has a follow up from surgery. I told him they are the bomb! They are very professional workers and they take great care of their patients. Everything was super excellent! I hadn't had chic fil a in a few years because of weight issues but I had a long ride home, no breakfast so I thought I'd get some lunch. The food was at the perfect temp, not red hot just right! The vanilla shake was delicious, hadn't had one of those in years. The cookie I waited awhile to eat but delicious! Excellent, Excellent service! Keep up the good work! Love the heaters for the employees and customers! Your the Bomb!“

“I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time.
