“Had an early lunch at Laurita’s chicken. It was our first time. The place was VERY clean and the food was DELICIOUS!! We both got carne asada tacos and the chicken tacos and they were 10/10. Extra props for the tortillas being made fresh and they were HUGE! I also saw that they have Pozole on Friday & Saturday so I will def be back for that as well and to try EVERYTHING else on the menu! The salsas were delicious. They gave us a smoky salsa, an avocado-lime, and a spicy salsa. All DELICIOUS!! Definitely an amazing hidden gem and I am sad that this was my first time trying it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is in the Breezewood shopping center off of Courthouse Rd. Where Big Lots and Starbucks are.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“My 11 year old daughter wanted to go to Crimson Coward Fredericksburg for her birthday even though she knew they don’t have dessert… and they literally went to the store nearby and bought her a birthday cake!! They’ve got it all. Delicious food with unmatched customer service. That is hard to find these days!!“

“I was browsing for chicken places near me and this popped up. It was 9 miles away. And I usually won’t drive that far for food. And I typically stick with mom and pop restaurants. I thought this was a chain was I first looked at it. But I figured I’d give it a shot. I walked inside and it is a very clean establishment. I was greeted and told it would be a few moments. No big deal seeing as I’ve never been there before and needed to look over the menu. A very polite gentleman took our order and apologized for the wait. Which to me was not an issue at all. Our food was out a short time later. We got the fried chicken, baked Mac and cheese and creamed spinach. Good sized portions. And it was very good. Come to find out it is a family owned business as well. I will definitely be coming back.“

“We were driving on Friday, July 5th from Raleigh, NC to upstate New York and came thru Fredericksburg to get gas at the Wawa and food at CFA. We ordered through Mobile Drive-Thru. Not only was our food order perfect, it was excellent! The team member at the window, Trinity, showed excellent guest engagement, asking about our 4th of July and then about our travels. My husband has worked for CFA for almost 16 years in Louisville KY, and my son is a trainer there. I also worked there for 2 years. They both said the food and service was stellar. We will be back next summer!!!“

“100% Halal chicken (confirmed their source). Lucky to have found this place around here. The Chicken they use is high quality, not the regular cheap that we usually find other places. CRISPY CHICKEN was well cooked and tasty, as well as biscuits with sweet and salty taste. I haven't tried their fish and potato wedges, will do that next. Prices are reasonable for the size of the sandwich. Great customer service, must try this place. I would definitely rate them 5/5.“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a drink. The sandwich was hot, crispy, and well put together, and the fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt. Everything tasted consistent, which is one of the reasons I keep going back.
What stood out most was how smooth the drive-thru process was. The staff taking orders outside kept things moving, and my food came out quickly without any mistakes.
