During this visit, I ordered the Butterfly Shrimp Combo and was assisted by a trainee named Nataly, alongside a manager who was actively supporting her. Service was handled with professionalism and care, especially considering the training in progress. The food was prepared to a high standard—well-cooked and served at appropriate temperatures. I also observed that proper food safety practices were being followed, including employees consistently using gloves while handling food. While this inspection was thorough, future unannounced visits may occur to ensure continued compliance and quality. Encouraging progress was noted—keep up the good work, Nataly.“

“This location was fantastic. The server who greeted me at the register was fantastic, she was extremely welcoming. The dining room was comfortable and although some of the record were left a bit dirty by patrons who had previously been there, there were many other clean tables available. My son was able to eat and then play in the play area and enjoy himself for 15 minutes while I relaxed and watched.“

“I was greeted with a smile and my order was ready and waiting. I always order by phone and pick up and it worked like I planned. Presentation was good, food was hot and condiments weren't overpacked and waisted. The front attendant asked me if I needed more condiments and I politely declined. #winning“

“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Love Zaxby's! First time, second time, third time, consistent with great food, great service and a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Have tried several different menu and they have all been great. The salads, veggie egg rolls, and of course the chicken tenders, cole slaw and fries are all delicious! A great selection of entrees and I'm sorry to say -- but much better than Canes! Keep up the great work Zaxby's!!!

Update: now that Zaxby's has been open for a while my return visit was not as great as my first experience. Tables were dirty, team didn't seem motivated when placing an order, and the Texas toast was toasted on one side but the other side appeared soggy. Thought I got a bad batch so placed another order and the toast was the same. I may start visiting Slim Chickens a little more often.“

“I ordered 2 meals, and the one for my mentally disabled individual was great. My food, which was a steak and cheese, looked and smelled great, but i said no lettuce and lettuce wqs put on it anyway. I was very upset because i didn't realize it until i got home. $11 wasted.“

“It was nice to have the classic Fried Chicken again. Too many KFC restaurants have closed. The Waldorf location restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the awesome KFC Fried Chicken we all love!

Parking: No shortage of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and eat, and squirm around like kids always do. LOL
