“I ordered no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. When I went to exchange it, they gave me a new one, but kept the on w/ pickles. In the past when there were any errors, they have let me keep the messed up order. I ordered curbside and had to go inside to exchange...so a little bit of a hassle....“

Service was handled with professionalism and care, especially considering the training in progress. The food was prepared to a high standard—well-cooked and served at appropriate temperatures. I also observed that proper food safety practices were being followed, including employees consistently using gloves while handling food. While this inspection was thorough, future unannounced visits may occur to ensure continued compliance and quality. Encouraging progress was noted—keep up the good work, Nataly.“

Also this is for the long-time residents who have lived within this area since the early 2000's, we all know this is THE ORIGINAL Chick-Fil-A that has always been here way before they built another one down the 301 highway's street over at 3710 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603.“

“My wife and I split 2 sliders and fries. The food was very good and served the way I asked.
The young woman behind the counter was very helpful as this was our first visit. I asked for hot and to be sure it was hot! Glad I didn't sign the waiver for the extreme hot.
The restroom was clean. The seating area looked clean although dark.
My only negative, which can't be helped was the smell of skunk coming from the person in front of me.“

“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“I ordered 2 meals, and the one for my mentally disabled individual was great. My food, which was a steak and cheese, looked and smelled great, but i said no lettuce and lettuce wqs put on it anyway. I was very upset because i didn't realize it until i got home. $11 wasted.“

“It was nice to have the classic Fried Chicken again. Too many KFC restaurants have closed. The Waldorf location restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the awesome KFC Fried Chicken we all love!

Parking: No shortage of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and eat, and squirm around like kids always do. LOL
