“I had an awesome experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Ebony, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly attitude and made me feel welcome. She was patient while taking my order, answered my questions clearly, and even offered helpful suggestions.
What really stood out was her positive energy and attention to detail. My order was prepared quickly and correctly, and she made sure everything was just right before handing it to me. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and takes pride in providing great customer service.
This kind of service makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge shoutout Ebony for making my visit such a pleasant one!“

“I ordered 2 meals, and the one for my mentally disabled individual was great. My food, which was a steak and cheese, looked and smelled great, but i said no lettuce and lettuce wqs put on it anyway. I was very upset because i didn't realize it until i got home. $11 wasted.“

“It was nice to have the classic Fried Chicken again. Too many KFC restaurants have closed. The Waldorf location restaurant is very clean and well decorated. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the awesome KFC Fried Chicken we all love!
Parking: No shortage of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and eat, and squirm around like kids always do. LOL
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant...“

“My wife and I split 2 sliders and fries. The food was very good and served the way I asked.
The young woman behind the counter was very helpful as this was our first visit. I asked for hot and to be sure it was hot! Glad I didn't sign the waiver for the extreme hot.
The restroom was clean. The seating area looked clean although dark.
My only negative, which can't be helped was the smell of skunk coming from the person in front of me.“
