The LEMON CHICKEN PICCATA was perfect & something I wouldn't have thought to try! My Mom's first visit to any Silver Diner & my first to this location. An extremely pleasant experience beginning with the hostess opening the doors for us. Great old fashion diner atmosphere! Definitely too full to try the dessert menu but it was tempting!”

“We went to celebrate my mom and sister’s birthday. I called ahead to make a reservation since we had a larger party. We chose the all you can eat sushi, hotpot, and kbbq. We had a wonderful time and the food was really good. They don’t have an alcoholic selection but I believe they said it will be added in the future. Because it was a birthday, they had a small slice of cake ready for the birthday girls and their mascot came out and greeted them! It was a hit with the kids. ( they have french fries and chicken nuggets for those who aren’t as adventurous) so 5/5 would recommend this place. Staff were very friendly and helpful!!”

“Went today for the first time and the service and food was amazing! Was greeted and told about all the new specials they offered. Atmosphere was nice and cozy, we went during lunch so it wasn’t packed at all and we got our food pretty quickly and we were very happy with our food. I had the carne asada and it was so tender and my husband got the festive burrito which he couldn’t stop saying how good it was, I tasted it myself and it was delicious! We will definitely be back and I can’t wait to try their barria ramen.”

Delicious dinner options ~ and some to share, will certainly need to return to this place if I ever come back to Waldorf, MD.

Recently I've tried their breakfast, which is served all day, and that is delicious too! The times my significant other joins me, he tries their Filipino food and enjoys it. I will usually try whatever he gets and enjoy the taste as well. I highly recommend this place.”

“I ordered online and picked up my order. It was a swoosh experience and had friendly service. I got Combination lo mein, fried rice, 4 wings & fries + egg rolls. From my experience the Chinese food slightly above avg when you compare it to DMV area carry outs. The wings & mumbo sauce was a miss but typically the case unless you get it from DC so I didn’t fault this place on that

Vegetarian options: It a very limited selection of vegetarian options

Parking: It’s a limited parking lot and shared with a lot of other shops so on the weekends it can be a little tough to park but weekdays you shouldn’t have no problem”

“The food was excellent. The Seasame Chicken and Orange chicken were cooked to perfection. The chicken is fried and didn't have that old oil taste of most places.”

“Went to Crafty Crab, Waldorf for the first time on 8/13/24 and I must admit that as a DC native, blue crabs rule in my mind but the food here was a pleasant surprise. Ordered a fried oyster basket with onion rings and an original cajun boil (mild) daily special with crab cluster, shrimp, black mussels, potatoes, corn and sausage.

Our food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. The oysters were piping hot but just needed a small pinch of salt to get the flavor dialed in, but I enjoyed them thoroughly. The same goes for the onion rings, plus the sauces that came with it complimented the flavors nicely. Would order it again

Now for the boil. It came fully loaded, and it wasn't overly saucy. It was cooked well with good portions of the veggies and proteins. I prefer the flavor of my foods to come through without depending on sauces to bail them out, and this was a winner. I tasted my wife's garlic butter boil and was honestly torn on which I liked better. Next time I'll order a boil with that sauce and see how it really stacks up.

Overall, I can happily recommend Crafty Crab Waldorf.The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars overall is I'm frugal, (i.e. cheap) and the thought of spending $100 for lunch is a bit scary, but it was a special occasion, so I had to live a little.

Parking: The parking lot of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired with the broken parking Aprons to the point that upon arrival I questioned if the placed had been abandoned.”

“I went here with my daughters and this place is really nice! The worker’s here are very friendly, they attend quick and it’s a comfortable environment. I’ve gone to other Baskin Robins and usually they don’t have the banana split but lucky here they have it. We also got the berry smoothie mix and it tastes really good, especially for the heat. They gave us a drink to try in a small cup, it was the cappuccino blast. It tasted amazing I would order it the next time I come here.”
