“I was so amazed just by walking in how friendly the staff was. The atmosphere was very lovely and as soon as we walked in we had the cashier ask us if we needed any help with the menu. The wait wasn’t bad at all for what we ordered. We got 3 cheesesteaks, Crab fries, Fish, etc.. The food just tased so immaculate! I have no complaints whatsoever and will be returning.”

“This place is amazing. When to see a comedy show and we stopped here for a late dinner. I had a New Year strip, and I always have it prepared well done. They prepared it to perfection!!! I know some of you are thinking that well done steak ruins the steak. This steak was well done, and it was still juicy, not tough like cardboard.It was prepared to perfection. I also had a Caesar salad. The salad was prepared in a way that I have never seen it prepared before. It was tasty, and in the center of my salad, there was a soft boiled egg. I wasn't a big fan of that, and I was very careful as to not to break the yolk. Our server was Max, and we had a party of three, and I was really impressed when she took out ordered. She did not have to write it down, and she remembered it and got it, right. I'm only pointing this out because we ordered a lot of food and drinks. She was very polite, very attentive, and very knowledgeable of the menu. My go-to steakhouse is usually Ruth Chris. I've never had a bad meal. I've never had a bad service. This restaurant is just as good as Ruth Chris, if not better. I will be returning!!!”

“Best Thai food in Prince George county. They have really good soups, vegetable entrees, rice, everything really is good. They don't always have the best customer service though. I don't want to say exactly who but most of them are nice except for someone who's always frowning even if we tip him.

I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me. “Food was worth the wait. Drove from va to md to try this spot. Ribs were delicious and that sauce was something else,had me licking my fingers. The jerk chicken was good. It was more like bbq chicken with sauce on it but still good. Rice and cabbage was on point and the shrimp had great flavor to it. I will definitely be back for more.”

“So, I love me some fish! I was craving fish today and decided to give Seafood Shanty a visit since I was in the area. I had not been in quite some time, so I was not sure what to expect. Guys, I am horrible with taking pictures, but the fish smelled so delightful I had to try a piece while driving 😉. I was quite satisfied that the fish (trout) was very fresh, not overly seasoned or salty, and very delicious. I ordered the shrimp and fish platter for $15.99, which included 3 pieces of decent size filets, I believe it has 5 or 6 pieces of medium-sized shrimp, fries, and coleslaw. The fries were good, and the coleslaw was just okay. The customer service was friendly, and my food was served with smiles and thank yous. Needles to say I will be back for fish Friday and will take pictures!”

“I recently attended the Charlie Wilson concert at the MGM National Harbor Theatre and decided to grab dinner at the restaurant Ginger beforehand. Although I had passed by it many times before, I was thrilled with the dining experience.

One of the things I appreciated most was the reservation process. I was able to make a reservation online. When I arrived, I received a text message notifying me that my table was ready. I replied and was immediately seated, bypassing those who had to wait in line.

The restaurant itself is located in a prime spot and has a beautiful setting. However, what surprised me was how quickly our food arrived. Despite the restaurant being busy, our drinks arrived promptly, and our food was on the table within five minutes of ordering. As someone who works in operations, I was impressed with their efficiency and speed.

Furthermore, the food was fantastic! My friend ordered the crab meat soup with spring rolls, while I opted for the sweet-and-sour chicken. Everything was well-seasoned and delicious. We spent a total of $74.88 (not including tip), which included our drinks, making it an affordable option compared to other restaurants at MGM National Harbor.

Overall, I highly recommend Ginger. The quality of the food and service was exceptional, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.”
