“Luming's offers delicious, authentic Filipino food! The chicken and pork BBQ, pancit, vegetable lumpia and turon were all amazing! We are from out of town so weren't able to sample everything, but can only imagine the other dishes must be just as good. We tried a few different Filipino restaurants in the area and the others were more fusion than true Filipino, making Luming's our absolute favorite!The service was great, as well. The young Filipinas working with on a Sunday were upbeat, helpful and efficient. There was a steady stream of customers coming in and they provided great customer service all around.We will definitely be back the next time we visit the DC area.“
“Thought this was a sit down place but when we got here we were greeted with a sample rib which instantly had us ordering. Food was great also the people who helped us. Definitely needing of a local restaurant for sit down is the only difficult thing.“
“Not an eat-in but service was friendly. They offer various hot meals...ribs, chicken, veggies, Chinese, etc. Their mac/cheese was tasty for carry out. Mixed veggies had a good flavor and just the right amount of crunch. My favorite is their fresh turkey club no toast.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables to choose from.“
“That was very nice, quick, easy, frugal in cost meal.I had the shrimp, hush puppies, and coleslaw. The shrimp was real juicey on the inside, very crispy on the outside. The hush puppies were delicious. They had corn inside of them. That was very nice, almost like my Grandma's. The cold slaw was OK. It could have been chopped up a little bit more because the pieces were pretty big, but overall, it was a great meal. The store was very clean. The customer service was pleasant. I will return.“
“This is my favorite place for full wings. I specifically like the mild jerk wings. These wings are huge! This was a pre-CoViD (11/7/2019) outing that I just forgot to finish. I hope to make it back soon so I can verify this post as a current experience.“
“Under new ownership/management and what difference!!!! Friendly staff, excellent customer service and good food, always make a winning combination. Bought crabs yesterday and I asked to see what the mediums looked like. They didn't bring out one hand-picked crab, they brought out individual boxes of small, mediums AND large for me to compare! Went back to get dinner. Everything was cooked perfect and the collards were off the chain. My go-to now for seafood!“
