“The Cori Midden Kitchen is a quintessential American restaurant that offers an intimate and cozy dining experience akin to a homey dining room. The exceptional customer service, coupled with food cooked from scratch, made our brunch visit with a large party quite memorable. Our waiter, Cathy, provided attentive service, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. We indulged in a variety of brunch items, with favorites including the catfish nuggets and cornbread, alongside lamb chops(small lamb chops), deviled eggs, and fried tomatoes. For our entrees, the shrimp omelette, French toast, chicken and waffles, and catfish and grits were all exquisite. Despite a few minor mishaps, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this establishment for its delicious food. It was a nice touch when the chef personally greeted our table, adding to the warmth of the experience. Advisable to book your reservation in advance, I look forward to returning in the future.“
“I've been here a few times and haven't had anything that I didn't like. I've ordered the General Tso and teriyaki wing combos. The flavor is great and the size of the wings are perfect. The portion of fries are very plentiful. While the wait isn't great, it isn't horrible either. Customer service is good as well.“

“I enjoyed my visit to Horace and Dickies last Friday. We were at the CIAA Tournament in Baltimore so we decided to drive down for some good fish. I ordered the whiting dinner, greens and potato salad. The fish was great, the greens had lots of flavor and the potato salad was good, but a little dry. Overall, it was worth the drive.“
“We love Oyster Mania Mondays at Pearl Dive! We make it a regular date night outing to indulge in dozens of half-priced, delicious, fresh, and cold oysters sourced from various locations. Additionally, I always order the incredibly tasty mussels served with toasted baguette slices to soak up all that delicious sauce. The staff consistently delivers friendly and attentive service too, which makes each visit enjoyable.“

We are not huge fans of several of the menu offerings, so of course, our ratings reflect that. Oysters, duck, and several N.O. options were just not our thing. We were mostly there for the drinks & ambiance, which were top shelf. Bottom line, go for the traditional & reimagined Louisiana fare, excellent libations and good times.“

The barbeque sauce on the side was very tasty. *Keep in mind, 8 whole wings is really 16 traditional.*My wife enjoyed her ribs as well.The Ciroc Obama...whoa. Served as a tall glass of flavored vodkas with ice, plus a sidecar of OJ. That'll do the job. My Old Fashioned was tasty too.Overall, a nice find.
