“This was my first and LAST experience with Piano Keys, When I arrived my bag was checked along with my ID (wonderful) I felt safe, when I entered (no hello, no smile), that set the tone for me! I gave my ticket for the show to the young lady at the front desk she scanned it, I then explained I was waiting on my sister in law who was arriving from Bowie, and I had her ticket as well, she seated me near the arrival center, the air was too much for me to handle, the server came I asked her if I could be moved and she explained that some people had already bought tables, and told me to ask the lady at the front desk, which I did and explained why, she repeated back to me "oh its too cold?" I replied yes, she walked away and NEVER returned, also, I noticed where the band was playing there were reserved seats, (ok I get it) but for who? We then asked for another salad, which the server forgot, and we did not get it until 45 minutes later. l I said "no harm no foul" I just wont be back ever again!! I should have at least been greeted with a smile!!Parking: I parked in front of the establishment“
“What a great chose to dine at bone fish grill.The food was amazing, Our server was Morgan. Morgan was very attentive, very professional and made sure on a regular that we were good. “First time here. There was a little wait but not long. The server was great with explaining how the all you eat work there. We ordered three appetizers -crab balls, wings and hush puppies. Which were all very good. We all did different crab boils. Everyone enjoyed their boils. Mine took a long time coming by time I received my boil my party was almost done with theirs. The drinks from the bad were really good. All I needed was one. ? I would recommend this place as a good place to go for seafood. Atmosphere was nice, loved the decor.“
“I visit Crab Boss today, Thursday-March 7, 2024 for take out lunch. The customer service was outstanding and the food was nice and hot. “One of my favorite restaurants. I have never been disappointed. The steaks (served with sauce on the side) are perfectly cooked and flavorful. On my recent visit, I ordered the crab chowder, house salad, lamb chops, crab cakes and baked potato. Everything was delicious and the portion size more than I could eat. The staff and service were excellent. I highly recommend this place.“
