Run, don't walk to Kayu. It's such a vibe, and the hot chicken bao is soooo good.
My experience at Kayu was lovely. Chef Paolo does an amazing job of sharing his culture through his food. The menu was very approachable and interesting. Fun, creative menu including cocktails and desserts. The crab noodles and pork fried rice are not to be missed, and the ube baby baby drink and granita dessert were our favorites. Our server Bless was warm, attentive, and made us feel at home. Salamat po KAYU, we will be back💙

KAYU is a phenomenal restaurant with a cozy, quaint, and vibrant space that is perfect for any occasion. The menu features unique and delicious modern spins on Filipino classics, with favorites including the Lamb Rack Tiyula Itum, hamachi, prawns, and burnt cheesecake. The salo salo $70 3-course meal is a great option and is reasonably priced. While at times understaffed, the service is exceptional and endearing. The restaurant also offers interesting cocktail selections like the Ube colada and golden rush. It is a highly recommended spot with excellent food and a great location.
