The staff, including hosts, bartenders, and managers, are friendly, attentive, and professional, making customers feel welcome and well taken care of. Service is quick and smooth, with staff staying on top of everything. The food is cooked to perfection, with highlights including the Crab Balls, Fries, Oysters, and wings. The recommended Hook and Reel Special Blend sauce, especially made spicy, is good on everything. Happy hour specials are always on point and the menu has something for everyone.
