I found this place one day as I was passing by and I bought three of their different pecan cookies. The next time I went in, I bought a bag of their small medium cookies. These are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had soft and chewy, There’s a butter taste that gets you in the beginning and a slight saltiness As you finish it off. I stopped by now every time I pass through PG County

Got cookies shipped to me. Arrived on time and they were still fresh and delicious. Customer service was great. Would highly recommend this shop!

Iverson Cookies, also known as The Great Cookie, has been a staple in the DC area for over 30 years. The place still maintains its charm and has outstanding customer service. Customers love the Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip cookies, despite the latter being overly sweet for some. The cookies are so good that there is always a line, and visitors are impressed by the moist, soft, and delightful texture. The cookies are thin but packed with the right amount of crunch, sugar, and cinnamon. The establishment is a bit tricky to find, located between Mama Lucia and Chipotle, but once inside, customers are greeted with a wide selection of cookies. Ordering is done in eights, and the pricing is exceptional. With plenty of parking available, Iverson Cookies is highly recommended for both locals and visitors to the area.
