“I’ve been coming here for years and always had a great experience. They serve some of the best Italian dishes in all on Northern VA. The place is really clean and the staff are very friendly. It seems to be a favorite spot for locals with a very family friendly vibe. I really like their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the Pollo Bryan. The calamari here is excellent at well. On Monday nights, they have a large 3 topping pizza for only $11.99 which is an amazing deal for a high quality brick oven pizza. They also have prime rib on Wednesday nights which I love to get too. Whenever I meet up with friends at Giradinos, they all say that the food is great too. I need to try some more of their entrees but it’s hard to when I really love getting what I’m used to. Highly recommend this place if you love Italian dishes, brick oven pizza and some good wine.“

“Great little overlooked gem in Springfield. Great, friendly staff, ownership, management. Cool atmosphere, nightly entertainment includes trivia night, comedy, DJ, darts, poker, karaoke nights, lots of screens showing all the sporting events.“

“Checked out this buffet, on my bucket list of buffets. The lunch price $14.95, not a bad price in terms of buffets. The buffet items were very selective and was refreshed as needed, was definitely impressed with their buffet. They have chickens feet. I’ve never seen that on a buffet. A good variety of food items and choices and they have a great hibachi and the beef noodle soup (today’s soup special) was amazing. Would definitely come back.“

“Visited yesterday for the first time and was so pleased with our experience. I had the Lobster roll and it was perfection! I also had my dog with me so we ate outside. They brought out an extra table/chairs so we could wouldn't have to wait for a table to open up. They were extremely accommodating and always checked on everyone to see if we needed anything. “This restaurant, since it opened, has been one of the most consistently excellent in the entire WDC area, and a favorite of mine. The oysters are the best available, the wine list is outstanding and quite international, and the food is always cooked to perfection--but it is expensive, just plan on that. I had Chilean seabass (very $$$) and my guest had a salad (all of their salads are original and terrific) and their wonderful New England clam chowder (which could use a bit more bacon, as another restaurant in town does....) And this is the only restaurant in Washington where I ALWAYS have dessert, their mini-triple creme brulees -- superb! Finally, we had a new waiter, Alex, who was simply the best, most knowledgeable and thoughtful I've experienced in Washington this year. Amazing, keep him!“

The owner, Steve, is so personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business. “From the moment we walked in, this was an exceptional dining experience. We ordered multiple plates, but the 22oz bone-in ribeye... It was absolutely heavenly--cooked to perfection, incredibly flavorful, and one of the best steaks I've had in a long time!

What truly made the evening memorable, though, was the outstanding service. Nadine and Kevin were wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Their hospitality made the experience feel special from start to finish.

And a special shoutout to Tek, who was hands down one of the best servers I've ever had. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. I'll definitely be requesting Tek as my server on future visits.

“What an experience! I came from Alabama on a work trip. My fellow employees and I were trying to find a seafood restaurant and stumbled upon this restaurant on a Wednesday. And boy did we hit the jackpot! The food was amazing first off. Second off, we had been wanting to do karaoke and there was a DJ! We sang at the table while we were eating and had such an amazing time. The atmosphere is phenomenal! I actually haven’t been here in a quite a while, but this time I came for dinner with my mom, my husband and my son (6 months old). There was a promo and the cashier helped us in figuring in the promo for all our orders. The food was delicious as always, and the young man that brought our food was so kind. “We went here while on vacation in DC. Did a reservation in advance. We have 3 people in our group. We ordered calamari for appetizer. A couple of us ordered a 4 course meal for $60/person, and 1 ordered salmon with shrimp.
Firts order: steak salad, mashed potatoes, 6 oz filet with 3 shrimps on top, and cheese cake.
Second order: ceasar salad, brussels sprouts, 6 oz filet with 3 shrimps on top, and chcolate cheese cake.
Third order: grilled salmon with shrimp and spinach.
The steak (Medium well) was melting in our mouths. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned, mashed potatoes was very creamy, the spinach complimented the salmon so well, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The calamari was crunchy, but we did not like the sweet sauce.“

I usually go for the Connecticut-style roll (warm with butter), and it’s consistently on point. Their lobster bisque is also a must—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.
